The Villages near Sumter Landing! Includes 4 seater golf cart.

This property was exactly as described. No surprises here! It was fantastic and the house was clean and well supplied. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our emails, texts and calls. I highly recommend this property. The neighbors were very friendly too!

I've been to the Villages many times, but this was my first time renting a place. Everything was exactly as described in the text and shown in the photos. Everything was totally clean and we didn't feel anything was missing from the house. We loved using the golf cart to get around. And the location of the property was perfect for golf cart rides to Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone going to the Villages.

My wife and I had a great two weeks in 1870 Provence Ct. The location, which is about 6-8 minutes by car or cart from Sumter Town Square is brilliant. The house is well furnished and equipped and very clean and tidy. The Winifred location is also quiet and peaceful, which is great for a relaxed time. We had a lovely time there, despite having hurricane Milton passing through on our 3rd and 4th days in the house. The only downside of our vacation (nothing to do with the house) was that the hurricane closed ALL golf courses for the remainder of our stay. A bit unfortunate for a golfing focussed vacation !! Indeed the house is in a sheltered location which did not suffer at all due to the exceptional weather. Finally, Shawn was an exceptional host, providing lots of help and advice before and during our stay. In conclusion, this was a 5-star stay and is highly recommended.

From the moment I booked the property Shawn was exceptional at communication 4 of us stayed for a month My friends were so happy with me for finding this place It was nothing short of amazing Five stars is not enough for this place Will definitely be coming back for another month

Everything was as we had hoped. Clean, well equipped good location and spacious. Very accomodating owner who helped us make most of our 28 day stay.

I don't want to tell anyone about this fabulous home! About its excellent location, super clean rooms, or its over the top friendly owners!! I just want to keep this Villages home a secret so it will be available again when I come BACK!! 5 Star plus!!

Owner Shawn was exceptional in responding to all questions. Property Manager was great in giving us tips about the Villages. We would stay in the same house if able to book again.
