Our sparkling clean and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home with cathedral ceilings and a 20x12 lanai with pond views is nicely decorated in Ashley furniture and nautical decor.

The full kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric skillet, waffle maker, stainless & nonstick pans, fiesta dishes and quality utensils.

Enjoy watching the pelicans and ducks in the pond as you wash dishes or sit in the Lanai.

We also have a grapefruit tree in the backyard to enjoy a piece of fruit during your breakfast.

Temporary Resident IDs (optional) to enjoy the amenities of the villages such as golf, exercise classes, pools etc. is $50 (for 2 people). I will email a form and after it is filled out, I will submit it to Lake Sumter Landing (same place you will pick it up and pay)

Please note that there is a 7 percent Florida tax in addition to the monthly rate & cleaning fee.

Rent comes with 2013 Yamaha Gas Golf Cart.
