The Space:

Freshly refreshed under new ownership! The Lily Pad has been updated with new furniture, a newly painted exterior, and a re-landscaped backyard oasis.



This charming island bungalow is just a short walk to Pier Village and the 11th Street public beach access. Pier Village has some of the island's best restaurants and bars, plus ice cream, shopping, and beautiful coastal views from the pier.



Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with two living areas. The back living room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the backyard, the true gem of this home. The newly landscaped yard has plenty of space to relax and entertain, surrounded by bamboo, trees, lush plants, and even a small pond. It's one of the best backyard setups on the south end of St. Simons!



The yard is fully fenced, so your pups can live their best life!



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: King bed

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Flex room: Twin trundle bed (sleeps 2). Perfect for kids or as bonus lounge space. This room does not have a closet and has a small step down.

- 2 bathrooms: one with a shower/tub combo, one with a walk-in shower



The home is furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and beach towels. Need extra beach equipment or games For stays of 3-21 nights between March 1 and October 31, you'll receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Linens are provided, along with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, and laundry pods. Supplies are not replenished during your stay, but there are several stores nearby if you need more.



Please note:

- Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Some breed and size restrictions apply, so please contact us before booking.

- FLETC TDY welcome.

- Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and strollers are available for $15 each for your whole stay. Please let us know at least 1 day in advance so we can deliver them before you arrive.

- Up to two regular vehicles may fit in the driveway. If you plan to bring a trailer, please reach out before booking.

- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies or inclement weather, since we are unable to offer refunds in those situations.



HOUSE RULES

- Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result in a minimum $2,000 fine.

- County quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Violating the ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.

- No loud music, no parties, and no parking on the lawn.

- All pet droppings must be picked up, or a $50 fee will be assessed.

- There is a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan and TV remotes.

- Maximum of 2 pets.

- Guests must be at least 24 years old to book.

- After booking, a rental agreement and rental form must be signed before your stay. We appreciate your understanding, as this protects all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is easily accessible from a smart lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet little neighborhood just a few minutes walk to pier village and to 11th street beach access!



Getting Around:

Walking, cars and golf carts are permitted.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
