This exquisite custom-designed home in exclusive Yacht Harbor Island is the perfect VIP retreat. Each of the five gorgeous bedrooms has a private bathroom, making it easy to relax and recharge. The outdoor living space is complete with a lavish cabana.



The Space:

As you step outside of Vaca House, you'll be greeted by an outdoor living space featuring an outdoor kitchen, complete with a cabana and grill. A full bathroom is conveniently situated by the pool area. You can savor ample outdoor lounge space by the heated pool, enjoying the breathtaking views and sunsets that make this home a gem in the Florida Keys. Boating enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the location, with easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The deep water dock can accommodate boats of up to 30 feet, including motors, and offers convenient features like a fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. Please note that the owner's boat is kept on the lift and is not for renter use, but this doesn't impact the available dockage.



On the ground level of the home, you'll find a fantastic open floor plan with a spacious living room and a luxurious kitchen. A beautiful dining area with an 8-seat table completes the picture. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors frame the incredible view, and there's a bedroom with two twin beds as well.



The second level of the home features a generous master suite with a private bathroom. The master bath boasts his and her vanities, a spacious tub, and a stand-up shower. Exiting the master bedroom, you'll discover a relaxing balcony, the perfect spot for unwinding with a glass of wine or a good book. Two additional bedrooms feature king-sized beds, and a fourth bedroom comes with two twin beds, each with adjoining bathrooms.



Nearby, you'll have access to two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is just a 5-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is 15 minutes from the home, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in 8 minutes.



This is a quiet family neighborhood location. Please note that trailer parking is not permitted on site, and arrangements for boat trailers must be made in advance for an additional fee. The property can accommodate three to four vehicles, and only one boat is allowed.



For your security, this house is equipped with exterior security cameras.



There is a $150 charge/week for pool/spa heat already included in the quoted reservation total.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

    Couples Retreat 2024 couldn’t have been held at a better place. This home is gorgeous and there is tons of space to spread out! Mallory and Riley are wonderful and were super helpful after we ran into some spa challenges. Thank you for the delicious key lime pie too!!! We would absolutely return to The Vaca House!!!

    What can I say about this property that the pictures don't show. It is everything we hoped for and more. This property is a statement property. The check in process was a breeze. Mallory was available via text to answer any questions. There was PLENTY of space for our party of 9. Each bedroom had it's own full bath which was a bonus with such a large crowd. Plus a full pool bath and a powder room by the kitchen. All the cocktail glasses for margaritas, mimosas and wine. A beautiful wet bar in the main family room. Tons of space for keeping drinks cold, even the master bath had a mini fridge. Only suggestion I might add is some extra blankets in the closets (kids were cold after being in the sun all day). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including a GIANT pot for our final dinner where we cooked live lobster for the group. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends. If you are hesitating, don't. You won't be disappointed.

    We had 3 couples stay and had a fabulous time for two weeks. The house, location, views, and deck area were all just perfect. The management company was also wonderful to work with. This home is very well taken care of and perfect if you want to relax with a spectacular view and I am sure just super if you are a boater/fisherman as well. Very highly recommended!
