The University House King Beds+Fast WIFI+W/D

Loved all the space & the fact that it was child friendly!

Our host was very responsive to our questions and made our stay quite comfortable. The house is close to Ball State as well as shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything was quite clean and each room was well-appointed.

Everything was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen had great cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a couple quick walks to campus. It was conveniently close, and even though it was always below freezing, still a beautiful campus and very enjoyable and nice to get a walk in.

Location was great for our family event.

Super nice property with lots of room for all ages! Also Patricia was a great host and quickly answered our questions. Very easy exit instructions as well.

Using the TVs was a problem. We were unable to access live programs on the usual channels. We missed being able to watch some of our favorite weekly programs. There should be instructions left for renters for the TVs. Logging in was required. The outside light beside the entrance was not bright enough to be of help. Other than that we had no problems.

Batteries were dead in two of the remotes and after a long day of driving really didn't want to get back out to buy some but we did go get some so we could have TV. other than that everything was great

The host was wonderful! She communicated quickly whenever we had a question. All the bedrooms were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and nice sizes for adults. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies provided. The bathrooms were updated and the jetted tub was a great addition. Having the out door space was perfect for sitting and enjoying the day. The home is close to Ball State, restaurants and shopping.

Great property in a wonderful location. Very clean. Plenty of room. Well stocked for plenty of quests.

This home was perfect for our 4-generation family weekend! We loved having bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels. Our little ones were so excited to find toys on the sun porch, and Patricia provided everything we needed for our stay. The home is lovely, the bedrooms are large, the neighborhood is quiet and the location was very convenient. I wonderful place to make memories!

very neat and clean and spacious. Only draw back was very creaky floors. we had a great time and the kitchen was well equipped.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space. The owner was very helpful and answered my inquiries quickly. This home is located so close to Ball State University and many wonderful restaurants! We had a wonderful time

Came to Muncie to play a roller derby double header with my teamates from Chicago-Style Roller Derby. The house was perfect for 7 adults. Could orobably fit more comfortably, but we thought it was the perfect space for 7. Would definitely stay here again.
