Creek House On Burton Farm

Our party of 8 enjoyed the open floor plan, allowing us all to relax together during our stay.

The house was great! It can easily host a large family. Plenty of places to sleep and sit and eat. The hideaway is great for young kids. Good water pressure. It’s clean. Great location for us. The farm store is a huge added bonus! The eggs were great, the homemade jam was amazing plus they had a freezer full of beef. The sausage/bacon was fantastic and well priced. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great place for family gathering!

This property fit our family perfectly. The ground floor bedroom with kitchen and family room was a godsend for an elderly family member who struggles climbing stairs. The granddaughters successfully joined the grandsons in the Hideaway. The property offered a serene atmosphere and room to wander with little distraction. A very pleasant place to stay.

My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Very well equipped and beautifully furnished and decorated. Creek House is such a fun place to explore. Great location and extremely roomy so that local friends and family could come together to fix meals, hang out, play the piano, play corn hole, go for walks, and even play hide and seek! A very friendly outdoor cat came around frequently. My 7-year-old granddaughter wished she could take him home to Colorado!

Great property - great time!

My son is a sophomore at Ball State and this was my extended family's first trip to see him in Muncie. The property was exactly what we were looking for - close to the baseball diamond and big enough for our family to hang out after a long day at the ballpark. Amenities were perfect for a group seven and could definitely accommodate more. The animals on the farm were also a fun addition. We will be back!

This was our second time staying at the beautiful Creek House on Burton Farm and it was perfect. We are a bit biased because this is our grandparents former home where we grew up working on the farm, spending nights w our grandparents, and building memories as young kids. We absolutely love the farm and feel so lucky to be able to go back and share our childhood stories with our children.This trip was especially one to remember because we were able to host Christmas Eve at the farm. This is where we always celebrated Christmas Eve and it was such a fun experience to have all the grandchildren, cousins, etc. at our grandparents house once again. The family time we spent together at the farm will forever be cherished and we are so thankful to the Burton’s for allowing us to stay here. They even put up a Christmas tree for us adding the final perfect touch.We made so many memories here growing up that I hope so many more families are able to do the same thing. It is such a peaceful property with lots of room to roam and what the Burtons have done to the house is also amazing. They kept a lot of the house the same but added some special touches that everyone enjoyed. Our kids loved the bunk room and all of the toys they had there - our girls could not have enough tea parties in the week we were there. Thank you so much for letting us stay and I cannot recommend the property and the property owners enough.

Excellent, clean, and very easy to work with the owner. We needed a large space for a family gathering and this worked perfectly.

Our family came in to town for Family weekend at BSU. This property is great for a large group! Clean, well stocked, and spacious. The property is lovely and peaceful as well. The owners were super helpful and responsive. Would recommend to anyone and we hope to stay again!

My family stayed here during my son's wedding. We had 16 people, and there was plenty of room. Great setting on the Burton farm. We sat on the front porch in the mornings and watched the sunrise and the horses. Super relaxing place to stay!

We loved our stay at the creek house! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and homey. We really enjoyed all of the amenities that were offered like the farm store, farm animals and games. We will definitely be returning in the future. I would 10/10 recommend staying here. The only issue we ran across was the grill provided was older and taking a long time to dinner. But that was a VERY minor issue and doesn’t effect our option on the Creek house at all.

Our second year at Burton Farm for our annual weekend with 4 generations of the women in our family; all of us granddaughter’s of Blanche. This property is perfect for our needs. Burton Farm is spotless, huge and well appointed with each space thoughtfully designed for our needs. Especially the first

Spacious and quiet. Well equipped kitchen.

Our stay was good. Check in was easy, communication was good. The area is quiet but close enough to town to make trips fast. We were there for some training in the area so mostly there in the evenings but we took advantage of the gas grill for steaks. Enjoyable time. Would go back again.

We stayed here with our 14 year old girl’s volleyball team and parents. The house was absolutely perfect. The land was amazing. The only downfall was that we at volleyball games for a lot of the time and didn’t have as much time to enjoy the house and property as we would have liked. But it felt like the country but it was less than 5 minutes away from anything we needed. Our history buff parent loved the books and trying to figure out the cool little gadgets all over the house. And the girls loved their own space in the neat hideaway bunk room. Absolutely amazing place and if we ever find ourselves needing accommodations near Muncie, we will be definitely be staying here again if it is available!
