Beautiful house but a little beat up probably from vacation stayers. Everything worked as expected. Cleaning was less than expected given the added cost. 1 minute walk to the beach. Did rain every day all day but did not stop us from having a good times.

Enjoyed our stay at Tybee. Would recommend. Perfect fit for our group of seven

We, as older ladies need help sometimes, with things. From the instructions we had a hard time with the door lock. Should be a light there also. Disappointed that the Kureig was broken. Had problem with tv also, but worked out in the end. Overall we had a good trip. Probably will not stay here again.

4 60 adults and spouses spent a wonderful week in this home. We had a minor issue that required maitenance and they were there right away. We are hoping we can book it again next year!

We enjoyed staying at this property - it was clean, accommodating for a family, and right near the beach! This property worked well for a family member with a disability who needed an elevator to access higher floors. Had a variety of kitchen pots and pans that worked well for typical cooking needs. We would consider staying again sometime!

Great location. The house was a great space. Could use painting in some areas as well as updating/ cleaning of chair cushions and room fans

The entire experience was wonderful from checking to checking out. The house was absolutely gorgeous and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying at this house if you are looking for a place to accommodate a large group.

We booked the beach house for a long girls weekend. It was perfect! So close to the beach and a beautiful home. It really was a great place to get away. Even with a huge hurricane offshore the weather and beach were amazing. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful property. We all slept great, the beds were so comfy.

Our second stay here and we will return. We love the house and location, it is perfect for us. Would like to see a few more things in the kitchen...cookware, utensils, potholders and dish towels. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Communication from host and check in process very easy. House was about 500 steps from beach (which had minimal people the whole week so was nice to spread out with all the kids and adults). Clean and beds were comfy. Just an FYI for future parties (this didn’t take away from our stay however could help in y’all’s planning) no beach towels at the house and no black out curtains. We will absolutely stay again!

Plumbing backed up, sliding doors didn’t open, needed a deep clean, paint touch up needed, one bedroom window wouldn’t close all the way

My family just left this vacation house in Tybee and absolutely loved it! It is very well designed and equipped for a beach house. So close to the water and on such a peaceful little road. It included beach toys and chairs that saved us money on things we only use for one week! My son loved riding the bike that was included in the garage!! The elevator was a lifesaver for my mother and step-father and was easy to use and very helpful for loading and unloading. The start-up supplies made us feel like we were in a hotel. It is spacious and is arranged so that there are little spaces for everyone to spread out. If you any to lay on the couch and watch TV, but someone else wants to lay on the couch and read, there are two separate spaces to accommodate you both on the 3rd floor. Truly we felt spoiled all week. More than any beach house we’ve stayed in before and for a super reasonable price. The owner was also super responsive and very quick to react when a storm affected our power one night. You won’t be disappointed if you book this house!

Perfect location to the beach! Great place for 8 adults to stay while exploring what the Island has yo offer.

We enjoyed a long weekend in this HUGE house. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the big porch and close beach access. The kitchen was great, but could use a few more basic items like a cutting board. Beds were comfortable. Be aware the shades in master bedroom are only semi-private.

The accommodations for the seven of us were excellent.Just a couple of suggestions….we needed beach towels and you need to have more glassware in the kitchen and bar areas….we constantly ran out. Also, the coffee pot didn’t have a carafe and so we had to go back to the store and buy more coffee pods.

The house is large and has lots of room. Short walk to the beach - big garage with parking spaces big enough for my truck. My niece just loved the elevator.

This home was lovely and the location was perfect. Communication with the property manager was easy and informative. I look forward to a future stay!

Property was just as the listing states. Plenty of room for our group, and the elevator was a great help for old knees. Really close to the beach and restaurants and shopping are close by. Would not hesitate to book again!

We love the spacious of this beCh home. Don’t bring all your beach stuff, they have it all ready. Kitchen is great

Elevator made it convenient to get luggage to the second level with the bedrooms and my son thought it was neat! The gathering space was large enough that all eight of us could be together in the same room, yet we could be talking in separate groups. The table and chairs on the third level porch was used every morning and every night as we listened to the sound of the waves. The location was at most a fifteen minute walk from anything we wanted to see or do on the island. The host gave us terrific instructions for getting into the property several days before we even got there. We would not hesitate to look for this property again if we were making another trip to Tybee Island.

The property was easily accessible, and large enough for my group of 4. We were thankful to not have a lot of damage from Hurricane Helene, but the lights were out for a little over 24 hours. Overall, it was a good stay.

This was the perfect place for a family getaway. A small walk to the beach that was perfect for us. We would definitely come back!
