The Ultimate Beach House. Two blocks from Asbury Park beach! Dog-friendly.

Wonderful home and stayed for my daughter’s Wedding. Very nice host and the home was very comfortable. We had a lovely time visiting with our family. Our cockapoos were very much at home and happy as well. Thank you so much!I couldn't have had a better place to stay.

The house was larger than we expected and very comfortable for the 8 of us. The two upstairs bathrooms are nice and the stall shower is outstanding. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located for all aspects of our Asbury Park wedding plans. Highly recommended.

House was awesome and a perfect location.

We loved our stay in this house. There were many bright, welcoming, and fun spaces in the house (not to mention a delightful front porch) — we spent many an hour playing pool and ping-pong! The kitchen was very large and accommodating and spectacularly provisioned, and the beach passes and extensive beach gear a super-friendly extra! The house is walkable to everwhere we wanted to go during our stay, so we just parked our car by the garage and it didn’t move the whole time. The communication with the property manager was timely and detailed, we had no issue with checkin or checkout or anything in between. Thanks so much for everything!! :)

We had an excellent stay at this property! It is pet friendly and our Golden had plenty of room and felt at home. My 24 year old twins had space to work and enough room to have separate areas. We had a blast playing pool and the kitchen was very well equipped to cook meals. The place is super clean and the location was perfect for us!!!! Thank you for making everything so easy from check in to check out. We’ll definitely look to stay here again!!!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this property! The accommodations were stylish and very comfortable, with plenty of room for my husband and me to spread out for remote work days, and lots of space and privacy when joined for the weekend by another couple. The home was well fitted with all of the necessities and a great kitchen if you cook. And the location was the best - we were there to catch some summer stage shows, enjoy the sights in Asbury Park, and walk on the boardwalk, all within easy reach. We barely used our car. The whole process was seamless and we could settle right into enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Propery is spacious with great kitchen and book collection. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Very luxurious shower on second floor. Would definitely book again!

This lovely house was perfect for our group, with plenty of bedrooms and also a number of wonderful common spaces. It's promixity to the beach and Asbury Park's downtown are a huge bonus. The property manager was exceptionally kind and highly responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The house is gorgeous, updated and clean. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We were blown away by the attention to detail, there were even toys for our kids to play with. The attic space was a huge bonus for hanging out, watching tv and enjoying a game of ping pong. Check in was easy and the location was a 10 min walk to the beach as well as the main strip of restaurants. Communication was fast and seamless with the owners and we felt comfortable asking them any questions that we had. We loved staying in this home and plan to stay again soon!

Perfect property for our group, weather was not good but the house allowed us to enjoy each other and have room for our selves. Great place!

We stayed at this beautiful home to see a tribute band at The Stone Pony, 3 blocks away. The home was great to make dinner on both Friday and Saturday night. The kitchen is amazing! It was easy to access the key and navigate Asbury. It was incredible for the off season. We walked to Ocean Grove and Downtown Asbury. Amazing Trip

Spacious and well maintained home in great location. Great kitchen with pool table and awesome 3rd floor with ping pong table and turntable. Great sound system throughout and just an extremely comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect property for our family. Comfortable in every aspect. Not too fancy but has everything you’d want for a vacation home.

Perfect rental for our all adult family who was in the area for a wedding. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Loved the closeness to the beach and boardwalk for long walks with our dog. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. All well stocked with basics and extras. Very clean throughout. Loved sitting on the front porch!

The house is two blocks from the beach and board walk and is perfect for a weekend on the shore. The house was perfectly clean and the owners were really thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed for a great beach trip! So much provided for you from towels to chairs to beach badges! Also super responsive and easy to work with!

We had 5 adults in the house and used 3 of 4 bedrooms and all had a great time. Very nice neighborhood and as advertised, 2 blocks to beach and another short walk to all the great spots on Cookman ave. Beautiful house and set up perfectly. Beautiful fromt porch to enjoy and very nice neighbors. A great visit and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our party of four adults (two families), a four year old and two twelve year olds had more than enough space. The home is beautiful and everything in it is top of the line—from the fixtures to the super cute wallpaper. We were comfortable, had everything we could possibly need and more, and honestly by the end none of us wanted to leave. The sound system was especially neat and we appreciated the ample beach gear and enough beach passes for every person in our crew. The backyard is gorgeous. Communication with the property manager was seamless. Needless to say the location cannot be beat. I could not recommend this property highly enough.

So happy with our choice to book this home at the Jersey Shore. The bedrooms are good size, the bathrooms are all updated, the kitchen is beautiful, pool table and loft room with a ping-pong table. Walkable to the beach. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

Lisa & Alec’s home is nothing short of 5 stars. We’ve rented homes in Asbury Park, Ocean Grove and Bradley Beach…and we all agreed that this home has everything you could ask for in a Jersey Shore rental: fantastic kitchen, great location, so many rooms/areas for family/friends to lounge/relax both inside and outside. The outdoor shower is a huge plus. And if that wasn’t enough, there were bikes, beach badges, beach chairs AND MORE! Property manager Mike was very responsive and helpful. If only we could have stayed longer!
