Backbeat is a bright, modern coastal retreat just four blocks from the Asbury Park beach and boardwalk. Set in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, the home offers a perfect balance of seaside relaxation and easy access to the city’s vibrant music and nightlife scene.

Inside, you’ll find an open, comfortable layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, with a Bertazzoni Stove and Microwave, pots and pans and a Keurig coffee machine, cozy living area, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups.


Step outside to enjoy the spacious front yard—great for soaking up the sun or morning coffee—and a private back deck that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of surf, shopping, and live shows. Guests have full access to the home, deck, and outdoor areas, offering a blend of comfort and privacy that makes The Backbeat feel like your own beachside hideaway.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the spacious front yard (shared with front house guests) and private back deck. Enjoy easy, contactless check-in through a private entrance with a digital keypad. The property also includes driveway parking for added convenience—no need to circle the block after a beach day or night out.

Looking to unwind and elevate your beach getaway We offer optional private on-site wellness sessions in our front or backyard led by Tess, an experienced local instructor and wellness professional.
Private yoga and Mat Pilates classes are available for $35 per person (2-person minimum). Guests should bring their own yoga/Pilates mat if participating.
