Asbury Park Beach Cottage- 3 Blocks to Beach

Fun 3 day weekend! Beautiful cottage, short walk to the boardwalk, and also Cookman St. The cottage has everything you need! Beach chairs, towels and beach tags, that we used everyday. Jennifer was a great host, and very easy to communicate with.

Beach chic kept beautifully clean and tidy. Thoughtful details of bathing supplies and linens. TV in every room. Beds and sofa very comfy. Slept well with no road noise. Our stay was off-season in late September. Interior noise verberates from first floor to second. Whoever gets up first will wake others. Staircase can be dangerous in poor light. Descent gives optical illusion at the last step just before the landing. The rise on the step is shorter than those above. Looking down, the last step appears to be part of landing. I fell, missing the step by thinking I was placing my foot on the landing. In the kitchen, the refrigerator is side-by-side with the range. Cooking greatly heats up the protective barrier on the refrigerator's exposed side. We kept to the microwave. As in all my away from home stays, I long for a shower wand. I find they are more convenient and efficient, using less water. Our hosts were very pleasant and more than accommodating. We enjoyed the printed materials to help us navigate both streets and a little town history. We highly recommend the restaurant, Moonstruck.

Very well equipped for the comfort of the guests. Short walk to the beach, communicative host, overall great place. Would stay again.

Beautiful property with everything you need for the perfect beach weekend. My husband and i stayed here in 2022 and came back with a new set of friends and had a wonderful weekend-- the house is still packed with all the essentials: beach chairs, towels, beach badges, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and plenty of coffee.

We returned for the second time to this adorable well kept beach cottage. It’s clean, comfortable and has everything we needed as a family of 5. The best part is the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk! Jennifer and family are responsive kind generous and helpful - we hope to be back again!

We had a great stay at this listing. Check-in was seamless, all communication was perfect and the proximity to the beach/boardwalk was excellent. The house was very comfortable and was totally stocked with everything you need for the beach (coolers, chairs, cart, passes, etc). It’s always so wonderful to find a place and a host as nice and detailed as Jennifer. We would all love to stay here again.

Just got home from a 5 day/4 night stay in this Asbury Park cottage. This rental had everything you would ever need for a beach vacation - everything was phenomenal! 10/10 would stay here again
