Welcome to our new, clean, spacious townhome built in 2019 with private garage parking, high-speed WiFi, memory foam mattresses, free washer/dryer, and high-end furniture from Restoration Hardware and West Elm. Located just two blocks from downtown in the tree-lined Capitol Hill neighborhood, you will be close enough to walk to the key attractions but secluded from the bustle of being right downtown. Last minute bookings accepted; locals must message first. Contactless check-in is required.r>

Level 2- Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, and oatmeal) and cooking essentials (spices, oil, and vinegar); living room with Roku TV and board games; table and bar seating; full bathroom with shower amenities and hairdryer

Level 3- Ensuite king bedroom with memory foam mattress, tv, desk, and walk in closet. Attached primary bath with shower amenities and hair dryer. Second king bedroom with memory foam mattress, desk, closet; laundry room (free washer/dryer, detergent and iron); luggage racks in each room.

Garage - 1 car parking (max SUV size); basic workout equipment (weights ranging from 5-25 pounds, yoga mat, foam rollers)

    The location was great for our trip. the space was open and inviting. we used all the beds and drank plenty of coffee. The coffee shop next door was perfect for our work trip. the hangout space on the first being separate from where we slept let us all rest we needed to.

    We had a great stay! The property was clean, modern, well-equipped, just like in the pictures. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Evan was a great host and very responsive!

    Great location near conference center and downtown. Two king bedrooms. Note that the third bed area is right by the entrance but is pretty private after others are upstairs.

    This unit is very close to downtown and the capital. Walking distance to shops, markets, and restaurants. A very comfortable 3 story townhouse with a coffee shop in the next building. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit SLC.

    My family and I LOVE this place-- so much, in fact, that we really didn't want to leave! The owner was great to communicate with and we really felt like he cared about us while we were there. The location was amazing--within walking distance of so many amazing things, and a 15 min drive to just about anywhere in the city. It was very clean and smelled so nice. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was huge! I highly recommend staying here--you will love it!!
