Stayed Apr 10, 2026We were in the area for an event at the convention center. Reasonably priced rental, close to venue and other attractions in the area. Nice townhouse.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Easy parking right out front, flat back yard (shared), comfy king bed, well stocked kitchen and bath. Close to UD and quick walk to several pubs and restaurants.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025The neighborhood looks a little rough but I didn't have any issues during my stay. The house itself is gorgeous and was a wonderful place to rest my head while exploring Dayton. Would stay again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024I rented the house for family staying during the Christmas season. It was in close proximity to our gathering in Kettering. The house is very spacious and was clean. It has a well stocked kitchen and all you will need to comfortably prepare your own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a Croger Supermarket nearby. Stair was a bit steep but I got to find out this is an Ohio feature. Smaller bedroom roof is low and suitable for smaller children - not adults. Host was very responsive and courteous. I would recommend this location.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well kept up. I loved that all of the rooms had ceiling fans to move air. The weather changes day by day in Dayton so we used both heat & AC - both worked well. The second bedroom is not much of a bedroom with a sloped ceiling and dorm sized bed - ok for a child not an adult. The property manager Keri is wonderful and responsive. Our only complaint would be the location of the Townhouse - the neighborhood is iffy. The property has a ring camera outside and is well lit, but there are several rundown homes with odd neighbors. Overall clean and comfortable!
