Great place to stay that is not a hotel room and close to the beach. Property is extremely well appointed with anything one could imagine a place would need. Lots of space, lots of seating. There are pictures in most of the cabinets and drawers showing exactly how everything is organized. Very helpful. Excellent communications with the owners, no ambiguities or confusion.

Place was very nicely setup and maintained. No yard, but provided off street parking. Good location.Would stay there again.

The home was very nice and was exactly what we wanted. Only 2 blocks from the beach with close access to restaurants and shops.The extra help with the concentrator was greatly appreciated.

Our family of 4 had a great week. The home is centrally located, has a great layout, and is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to a connection issue with the TV. The electronic guide book provided by the owners was very helpful. The listing was accurate. We would definitely stay again.

What a cute home tucked just a walk away from the beach! Remodeled to feel like a new home, great decor and fits the beach vibe. House appears small but plenty of room for 2 couples and a child. “The Swell” is a great go to for someone looking to stay in a home and the owners have great communication! Thank you!

We had a great stay at The Swell. The house is a short walk to great restaurants, beach and fun activities. The house itself is beautifully renovated and decorated. We all had a wonderful stay and felt right at home during our stay. A thoughtful note and champagne was left on the counter when we arrived. Also, communication was top notch. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a family-friendly home close to the action of Virginia Beach.

We celebrated 30th Birthdays with 8 adults and 2 babies here. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend. Plenty of space for everyone and everything you need. A short and easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Swell in Virginia Beach! Conveniently located, single floor-plan, abundance of essentials, and beautiful details made for a lovely time for our family. Cat was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had. They also provide a detailed digital guidebook we were provided with before checking in and tour guide book at the home when we arrived. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family vacation and was our first time visiting Virginia Beach. The home was beautiful and matched the pictures exactly. Clean, easy to check in, and the hosts were quick to respond when I had a few questions. Great location, close to the beach and several places to eat. Would stay here again!
