The new summer and winter residence is very close to the wood in a very idyllic nature. Let yourself be inspired by the swoosh of the trees and the buzzing of the bees (own apiary). By sunset you can see the game animals (deer) running and grase close to your door. The property is very large and particularly suitable for kids to have their fun.

Distance from highway, ski-lift and swimming pool: The residence is just 7 km far away from the Highway “A12” called “Inntalautobahn”. The next reachable ski-lift is 2,5 km and a very large and nice swimming pool and a sauna are 2 km away.

Area: Recreative, very quiet area: the residence is on its own and the next house is 200 m away. Nearby the residence is an own wood.

We have traveled regularly to Europe for over 30 years. This would be one of the nicest combinations of property, location and surrounding countryside. The owner made us feel very welcome and was most helpful. The property is in a beautiful quiet location. We even had some deer visiting the field alongside the house on several occasions. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect ski holiday. The house is very comfortable, clean and warm and it is close to all ski resorts Zillertal. Our host Kurt was very friendly. He helps us with additional information about the region and the tourist attractions and he produce delicious Schnapps :) Hope see you again Kurt! Greetings from Bulgaria.

We had a great time with my friends in this first-rate chalet. It's very comfortable even for 8 persons. The location near all zillertal ski resorts make it a superb place to stay during the winter holiday. It has all possible kitchen facilities such as dishwasher (which was very useful), microwave oven, toaster, large fridge and freezer, many different pots, plates and other accessories, so you have anything you will probably need. The bathrooms are very nice, clean, bright and well furnished. The bedrooms are also very comfortable and cozy, you will have plenty of space in large wardrobes and in large beds. The garage for two cars was a really nice option. There is also a heated room where you can keep your skis and boots, Altogether whole house was ultra clean, very warm, nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Me and my friends were really pleasantly surprised by this chalet and great conditions of stay. And the most important: we were stunned by the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Schiestl and we want to sincerely thank him for the great time we spent in his chalet!
