Home was really well located and clean. Easy to use entry and great views. The living area space was really great for entertaining.

Property was very clean with lots of amenities. Location was within close distance to lots of family activities and casinos. Small pet allowed. Owner was very responsive to all communications. Parking on street was a little tight. Would have liked some type of water hose to spray off sand before entering house. Overall an excellent place for our extended family vacation. Would recommend considering this property for a stay in AC.

The home was beautiful. Wonderful location. We really enjoyed ourselves the week we went. I would have like to see more utensils. Sleeps 12 and only had 7 forks. The cooking pots were broken. We went out and purchased. Grill was also broken but worked. Otherwise lovely place. We would definite stay again.

Tim and LiLi’s home was beautiful and perfect for the large family we had gathering. The harbor was very nice and a constant breeze on the upper deck just added nicely to our great weather. It was wonderfully quiet, too! The house is spacious with a lot of windows. There are two flights of stairs from the entrance to get to the living and kitchen area. One fight of stairs to access the bedrooms. So if you have anyone in your party who has issues with stairs, be cautious. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water for everyone in our party of 10. The grill was great for us as we did several large lunches that required grilling. Tim was VERY responsive to questions! Uber was quick and very reasonable pricing to get to and from casinos and boardwalk. Renting kayaks was a great addition to our activities. Thank you, Tim!

To be honest, it was disappointing. Did we let it ruin our vacation? No, but it did hinder it. We booked thinking we'd have 4 full baths but we really only had 1 shower that we adults had to share. The little kids were able to shower on the top floor shower but it's not really usable for adults. The master bath shower was very scary, feeling as though we would fall through the floor and end up on the pool table. And day 2 we couldn't use the blue shower. We had 4 different families and having to share and it was not easy. Also, you may want to check the silverware drawer, we had maybe 6 full size forks and 3 kid forks, maybe 4 cereal spoons and the rest was pretty scarce too. There was no toaster, we had to buy one. It wasn't very clean either, it's obvious the furniture isn't moved and cleaned underneath. I unplugged something and the switch plate fell right off. My husband also repaired the kitchen sink as there was hardly any water coming out and the spray wouldn't work because of the pressure.

Went for a long weekend. Hit some casinos and took a fishing charter. Captain of the charter picked us up at the house on the dock which was very cool. We did have one older guest and there are lots of stairs. Only negative t stat was set to 85 and hot water heater unplugged upon arrival so took awhile for those to work.

We had the best time this weekend at Tim's place! The open layout and new kitchen are perfect for hanging out as a group. We also loved all of the outdoor spaces and the number of bathrooms. The house was incredibly clean and there were tons of amenities. It was close to all of the fun of AC, but you're tucked away enough that it's a quiet oasis. We will be back again!

The property is nice just need some extra care on the patio area, there were no cushions on the patio furniture and minor repairs are needed on all deck doors. Overall property is just as described and is in a great location, with water views from all windows.

This house was on a private street on a harbor where you could fish, catch crabs, or just enjoy the sunshine and swim in the water. It had lots of windows and beautiful views all around the house! Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed being home most of the time, but also spending time at the casinos, boardwalk, and the many restaurants around town. Make sure you are aware of your surroundings if you want to explore, but there are lots of places to enjoy and have fun! We found easy access to everything we needed across the bridge in Brigantine, which I would recommend over AC for things like grocery store, liquor store, and the like. They have beautiful beaches there too, but we had a great time at the beach at the Boardwalk! But it was always nice to come home at the end of the day to our home away from home.
