Stayed Apr 9, 2025We had a great experience staying at The Shell Collector! I grew up on Topsail Island and was back in town with my family for my sister’s wedding. It was such a special trip, and this home made the perfect home base for us.The location was ideal—right near the park (a huge plus with little kids!) and just a quick, easy walk to the beach. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house since we were busy with wedding festivities and family time, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the baby gate—it’s always such a relief when vacation rentals think about the little ones.Our only wish was that we could have checked in a little earlier. Arriving just a couple hours before the scheduled check-in time would have cost several hundred dollars, which felt a bit steep. Still, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024House is in a great location! As a whole, house was a good fit for our family. There were a few items around the house that need to be addressed. Guest relations were very communicative and responded immediately to questions or concerns. We would rent this property again.
