A round plunge pool sits on a sun-drenched deck surrounded by tropical greenery, loungers and an umbrella, perfect for cooling off or enjoying a drink by the BBQ while the kids play. The space also features a half-pipe skate ramp and ninja warrior-style obstacle course, offering rare built-in entertainment for all ages. A hammock and covered deck provide multiple places tounwind in sun or shade. Please note: use of the skate ramp and obstacle course is at your own risk. Equipment is not provided.

Inside, the home is bright, spacious and thoughtfully styled.
