Stayed Dec 21, 2023We’ve just had a great stay at Agnes Water in this Sunset Drive property. The house was beautifully presented and worked really well for our family of 6. Great kitchen with huge pantry, the pool/outside area was awesome, 2 tv areas (one for adults, one for kids) and we really appreciated the ducted air conditioning throughout the house on those hot days. It was a short walk to the beach, and only took 15 minutes to walk down to the patrolled beach. There is a bike path to ride either into Agnes or 1770. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2023The house and pool were lovely, perhaps even a little better than the photos depicted. The place was clean and had all amenities and close to town/shops/beach. My only small comment and not a criticism is that the back garden vegetation was overgrown and really needed a tidy - but not something which impacted our 3 weeks there. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

Stayed Dec 12, 2022Beautiful and spacious property, clean, modern, fully furnished and well maintained. Love the beautiful swimming pool. Only 3 minute drive to seventeen seventy beach. Perfect location.
