The Seahorse Beach Equestrian Property BEAUTIFUL & FRIENDLY HORSES ON SITE!!

Spacious home with lots of activities to do! We had no trouble keeping our one year old occupied. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the beach just a short drive away. The hosts were hospitable, responsive and kind. Highly recommend for families! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home & property with plenty of things to entertain the family during our down time. Love the layout of the house, it was great having our own end of the house while the kids and in-laws were on the other end. The owners were excellent with communication & extremely friendly when we met!

House has plenty of space with views of 2 corrals that Cameo and Juliet graze in. Bring some carrots to feed them, they're very friendly.Stores are close by as are the beaches.You won't be disappointed

The house was very clean and stocked well in kitchen. Beds were nice. Need to think about getting a couple of recliners in living room, couch not that comfortable. Very nice neighborhood and close to Regent University. Would stay again if in area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seahorse Beach Equestrian Property! The location was ideal—just a short distance from the beach, with easy access to great golfing, fishing spots, and some truly fabulous local restaurants featuring fresh seafood.One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the opportunity to feed the horses—it was such a special treat and something we’ll definitely remember.Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Owner was really nice and accessible. We had a few wasps that decided to invade a bedroom and he brought some spray to take care of them. A positive is great water pressure and the horses were definitely nice to see everyday. The house is very spacious and definitely unique. But, the property definitely could use some updates. There is water damage on the ceiling in the living room and whole house could use a fresh coat of paint. The electrical outlets all need to be updated and anything we plugged in fell out. The couch is huge but definitely could be updated since there are pillows under the cushions to prop it up. The blinds in the house are metal and coated with very thick dust. This really would be a great place if some updates were done and had a thorough cleaning. The house was in a very convenient location for us while on our trip and served its purpose.

The house had everything you could possibly need. We stayed in March so we were not able to utilize the pool but the jacuzzi on the deck was great! Large house for a family of 9 with plenty of space to be together and have some time apart as well. From the property we could watch the horses.

We had a wonderful time in this semi secluded home about 3 miles from the beach. The grandkids love seeing the horses. There was room to spread out for the whole family and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the layout of the home and all the little extras such as the sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi tub and the horses in the back yard. The hosts were great and responsive. It was a great place for our adult family members and we were able to visit there with some seldom seen distant relatives.

3 of my kids are in the Navy and stationed in the Norfolk area. House is located in a central location. Great for a big family. Host is super friendly and very accessible.

We had a wonderful time at the Seahorse. Fully stocked kitchen, hugh family room, nice bedrooms and very impressive master bedroom suite.The hosts were very responsive and very accomodating.To top it off, our family really enjoyed meeting and feeding carrots and apples to the amazing twin horses just outside our back door.

The property was very pet friendly and well supplied. The owner was so kind he went out of his way to come and help tie my now hubbys tie. The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This was our second time staying here. Owners are extremely nice and always willing to help in anyway possible. This is a beautiful property. It is well located its close to beach, stores and restaurants yet feels secluded and relaxing with all the privacy you need. Home is spacious with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Horses are beautiful!! I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for another great stay!!

Seahorse was beautiful. House had something for everyone in our group. The horses were amazing. We enjoyed watching them play and feeding them. Dave was so nice. We hope to stay again.

We had a wonderful week staying at this house with our group of friends. The location was perfect — surrounded by beautiful horses and only a 5-minute drive to the ocean. The kids especially loved feeding the horses, and we also enjoyed having a fishing pier just 10 minutes away.Even though we had a couple of days with bad weather, there was never a dull moment. The house was full of great amenities to keep us entertained: a pool table, ping pong table, swimming pool, hot spa, and even a sauna.Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We’d love to come back again to watch the amazing sunrises and enjoy the best doughnuts we’ve ever had!

Weather was not the best so it was great to have a house with so many amenities to keep the kids busy on the rain days!!

We had a wonderful restful stay. David was an excellent host and the house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We absolutely LOVED being so close to the horses and interacting with them. Hope to be back again soon.

I never leave reviews but, this house and its hosts were the best me and my family have ever stayed at. They made us feel so welcomed and were immediately there for any issues we had which were minimal. The property was beautiful with horses, pool, hot tub, sauna, games and all kinds of stuff we could use on our stay. My 5 kids ranging for 20yrs old down to 4yrs all had a blast. We did so much while we were in the area and loved every minute of it. Bush gardens, golf, beach, water park, bowling, go karts, great restaurants, and so much more. Its close to any stores you need which was super convenient. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you to our hosts for the memories our family was able to make while staying at their beautiful house.

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Seahorse! The house was beautiful and so well equipped- everything was supplied, even beach towels and beach chairs!! The owners were truly great people; we were greeted shortly after we arrived, with open arms and a warm, kind smile from David. He was available for anything we needed and was always helpful and genuine. We’ve never been to Sandbridge and were extremely pleased with our decision to stay at The Seahorse. The horses are amazing too- they were a joy to watch and visit. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The location is perfect- close enough to both the stores and restaurants and also just a short drive to the beach. We highly recommend staying at The Seahorse!!

This property was perfect for our slower-paced days. It was so nice to lounge around, unwind, and still have plenty to keep everyone entertained—whether it was relaxing or simply watching the horses graze. We especially appreciated having umbrellas and beach toys available, which saved us from spending on items we wouldn’t have used again. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, always checking in with a friendly smile whenever we crossed paths to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Comfortable and really enjoyed petting the horses. The sauna was a nice treat as well. Very accommodating and nice owners. Would stay there again.

This is a large, comfortable and well supplied house with great hosts nearby and ready to help when needed. It’s a working horse farm, which was a great added visual and entertaining addition. The hot tub and sauna were very well maintained and fun and there are plenty of toys and games for amusement. The house is on the road to Sandbridge beach, about 10 minutes away. A great stay for our whole family

We experienced a wonderful vacation at the Seahorse with our friends and pets. This is a well loved, spacious, light and airy home. The many skylights and 3 zones to adjust the temperature, kept the place comfortable. There was plenty to do with games, pingpong, basketball court and pool table along with a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and jacuzzi! There are also tvs in every room. Our host, David, was warm, friendly,and ever ready to answer any questions. We especially enjoyed befriending the horses. Be sure to bring carrots and learn how to feed them. We've enjoyed many vacations through VRBO and would rank this wonderful home a #1. Enjoy! You'll have difficulty leaving!

we were in town for our sons retirement from the Navy and needed a place where the family could gather and hang out before and after the ceremony. Our sons used the hot tub and the rest of us played cards and hung out. thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our family came in to Virginia Beach to celebrate and early Christmas. There were 8 adults.The house is quite large and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably. The floor layout is interesting, with the bedrooms being clustered. The master suite is AMAZING! The kitchen literally has everything a person could need to cook anything! There was a coffee pot and Keurig combo, so it met all of our needs.The horses were majestic and so fun to watch!They even had a Christmas tree and some other decorations out. There was a fully stocked fire pit. The hot tub was awesome.Thanks for a great stay!!

We come every year to this house. It is an absolutely wonderful house to spend time with family.

We rented this house for a Christmas celebration with our children and grandchildren (teenagers and young adults). It was a perfect size for us, with things to do on site...for everyone.The house was very nicely decorated for Christmas, too, which was a pleasant surprise!!

The stay at the property was wonderful. If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to set up all the televisions within the house to have at least 1 working streaming app (Netflix, Paramount etc.). The outdoor hot tub & Sauna in the winter was perfect. The various horses was a nice touch. There were so many games and activities to pick from right within the property. The atmosphere was clearly intended for a large family.family which we loved.

We had such a great time. It was an amazing time. The owners were very communicative and were great with answers to our questions. We got to meet some of the horses at the property and and they were lovely. We were able to introduce the dog we had with us and they were very friendly when they were together.As I said, we had an absolutely amazing time and will certainly be thinking about coming back again.

The property served our purpose well in allowing our family group (including dogs) to get together over the Thanksgiving holidays. The property could use a little TLC but the kids enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, basketball hoop, and room to long toss their baseballs. We all enjoyed getting to watch the horses and pony. We enjoyed the location being convenient to grocery store, church and the beach.

The host were excellent and suggested some great eateries to experience. My family really enjoyed the convenience to shopping and short drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this property for a family of 8 with spacious rooms and entertainment amenities.

The experience we had at this beautiful equestrian was unbelievable. From the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will book again.
