Stayed Jan 23, 2026This was an amazing place to stay. I brought my 90-year-old mother to visit her winter family. My parents normally winter in Texas; however, her health did not allow for that this year. I would say that the cleaning crew should have freshened the place before our arrival and allowed us more than just one hand towel for both bathrooms and one for the kitchen. I solved that by purchasing my own. There were several areas that I needed to clean, but overall, this is a great property and in a great location. I would recommend it for sure.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025The property was clean and spacious. It was equipped as advertised. Good location for neighborhood and coastal walks. Quiet and tranquil yard, great for evenings outside and morning coffee by the pool. The garbage disposal was not functional, the dishwasher was a little clunky and hits the cabinet knob, the burners on the stove need to be adjusted to reduce the flame size (they are too high), the kitchen was well-equiped with cooking utensils, but no basics are provided (foil, plastic wrap, e.g.), and the grill could use a cleaning. The outdoor fire pit was lovely, and we replaced the propane tank for the next guest. Would stay here again and recommend it to families who are looking for space to play and socialize. The host is very responsive and resolved our concerns promptly during the holiday.
