The School House: Close to Beach and Attractions!

This is our second year renting this property for our family vacation! I’d imagine that we’ll be coming back for years to come! We love the Salty Fox !

Great house in great location! Loved the carport area under the house. It has a picnic table, comfy chairs, outdoor shower, beach toys, and a spray for your shoes/feet before heading up the stairs. Kitchen was stocked well and the living room furniture was comfortable. Thankful for a washer/dryer.

Loved the carport area under the house with the outdoor shower, spray for shoes/feet, and the chairs. House was in a great local location to go to Holden Beach and the local restaurants/stores. House was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen plus a grill outdoors. The only drawbacks are there is no dishwasher, the water has a sulfur smell, the bunk bed really squeaks when a person moves, and we had trouble with the lock. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay for a last minute getaway. The home was so nice and new, we really loved the outdoor space as well!

This house is awesome!! 2nd year in a row at this house and we will be back. We enjoy the location of this house and everything about it. Fits 10 ppl and 2 dogs comfortably. Had a great experience. Will be back.

We booked this house for our 5th anniversary trip and we absolutely LOVED staying here! It was nestled away from the road, but a very short drive over to Holden. The house was so great! The balcony and the underneath patio were so nice to have to sit out on! The bed in the main bedroom so super soft and cozy! The couches were so comfy to relax in and the kitchen was a dream! A big plus that the tv’s were roku and we were able to catch up on our show at night! It’s also very conveniently located near a food lion and a few restaurants. We will definitely will consider staying here again!

Roomy and comfortable house with all the necessities! Short walk to the beach. Only thing on our wish list would be an outdoor grill. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved this place.

Overall place was clean and family friendly. We had 12 ppl and it was more than enough room for all of us. Easy drive to beach.

Decided last minute to book a quick beach getaway! What a lovely neighborhood, with friendly locals! Just a short 2 miles away from the public beach access. Close to many local eateries, grocery store and pharmacy! Will definitely book another stay at this location!
