Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay. Found shells on the beach. The restaurants u suggested we’re wonderful. Wish Hardee’s would have been open. Visited a thrift shop and bought a few thinks. Will certainly keep this place in mind for our next visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying here. The house was very clean and updated. The yard was well maintained with great areas to sit and grill. They supplied all towels, linens, grilling supplies, cleaning supplies and even had dog poop bags. Quiet neighborhood at least in middle of May. Plenty of parking for our car and small boat. The price to stay was great not overly priced it was well worth it. Also thank you for allowing dogs of any size.

Stayed May 18, 2023Great place to stay for the perfect little getaway! Close proximity to everything we needed! Quiet neighborhood & the best property owner I have ever dealt with! Had one small issue when we arrived so i emailed the owner! He didn't just email me back...he called immediately & handled the situation like a pro? He also checked with us on our way home to make sure our stay was everything it should have been! I would highly recommend this property for ur next stay!!!

Stayed May 11, 2023House was very clean and nicely updated. Plenty of parking for vehicle and our boat. So nice they let dogs of any size stay. Great place to grill and sit by a fire. Close to everything in Holden. Great price for staying in a nice clean house with linens and towels and dog friendly. We will stay again here. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This turned out to be a very surprising and wonderful stay. While it is a trailer/mobile home type unit this is probably the most well kept and clean place we have ever stayed. We have been to Holden several times and always stayed oceanfront, this trip was quite last minute and options were limited. This turned out to be a great option, extremely well kept and a great location. Close to the grocery and just a short ride over the bridge to the beach. We would most definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2022My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The house itself was super comfortable, clean, and inviting - with plenty of beds for everyone. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and feels safe. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s so close to the beach! We will definitely be returning.
