The Savage Manor at Tellico Village

This home is a hidden gem. Very welcoming, clean and fully loaded. Everything you need for a week or a month. My husband and I stayed for one week and made two beautiful dinners. There are enough pots, pans and all that you need to make a full dinner. The best part is the bed. We are still talking about it. It was amazing. I don’t know if it is a new mattress but it made all the difference in our stay. Nothing better after a long day of hiking or sightseeing to come back to a restful evening of sleep. We will be back.

This was amazing! The host was available any time we had a question. The property’s backyard was perfect for a walk or to let the dog run around. Everyone was considerate of others and cleaned up after their dogs. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The location was perfect as well! Great location! We were there for my nephews wedding, and it was a 2 minute drive to my sisters house. The house has seen its share of wear and tear, there were some cobwebs and problems with the shower curtain. (Which was fixed right away) As someone else said there were stains on the carpet. There is no cable tv, which was a banner since we were there for the MLB playoffs, and could not watch.

Excellent cleanliness and kitchen supplies. We hope the condo will be available when we visit our friends at Tellico Village next time.

Needed updating and needed to replace carpet-it had alot pf stains.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The host also provided some extras like soap, coffee, and detergent. The place was well maintained and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

Perfect for our family's visit to Tennessee! Comfortable, convenient and welcoming place to stay. Easy drive to Doĺlywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Tail of the Dragon activities. Condo is located in a nice, quiet location. We loved our stay and have already booked our next stay with Savage Manor for the summer!!

Perfect location for visiting family in Tellico Village or touring the east Tennessee activities.

The place was filthy even after the housekeeper said she spent 5 hours cleaning it after the last guest. TV and many other things did not work... Then, after the host told us he didn't need a pet deposit, he charged us an extra $100, saying our dog made a mess on the carpet, which was totally untrue... There were stains all over the carpet when we arrived. The dog was never left alone and exceptionally trained, so we know that was not true! Worst experience with a VRBO ever!!!

Needed a safe comfortable place to stay while travel

The condo is exactly as advertised. There is plenty of room and everything was clean. It had everything that you could possibly need and was in a great location to explore Tellico Village. We really enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

Great location! You can tell the property has been a rental for a long time. It needs new beds, kitchen cabinets organized, burntout lights replaced, and clean outdoor chairs. I'll definately stay in the area again but will pick a different unit.

We were in town overnight for a wedding. Property was clean. Not updated on the interior but still very nice. Quite area.

We had a great time at Savage Manor. The listing was just as portrayed in the listing. The area was nice and quiet. We had everything that we needed and then some. Thanks for sharing your home with the two of us.

The townhouse was everything advertised. Had a screw up on dates that was my fault and owner was very understanding.

This was the third or fourth time my wife and I stayed at Nicholas' property and, again, have nothing but great things to say about it. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family who live in Tellico Village. First the negatives: there is no Keurig as the photos indicate, only a small (5 cup) drip coffee maker. For us not a huge deal but three or more coffee drinkers would spend a lot of time making coffee in the morning! Also, there was no hairdryer in either bathroom. I was glad I decided to bring my own at the last minute. The whole condo is dated and kind of tired but relatively clean. The positives: perfect location for our visit with family and the bed was comfortable… always a big plus!

Played in a 4 day veterans golf tournament. Place was minutes from all golf courses. Hope to stay here when I come for next years tournament.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Savage Manor. This condo is centrally located within Tellico Village, which made our house hunting easier. It is also close to restaurants and grocery shopping. The condo is roomy and well appointed with excellent parking. It is perfect for anything Tellico Village related.

This was our place to sleep while visiting our son and family in Tellico Village! It was very pleasant!
