    Good value for money. Warm and comfortable. Front door combo lock quite tricky to lock as per other reviews. No hand towels or tea towels which was a nuisance but likely a cleaner oversight as was the dirty sock under the bed from previous guests. Excellent location. Parking not good if you have a rental car as 1 hour limit outside the house meaning you have to park a few hundred metres up the street.

    Information and amenities excellent. Good location for access to Hobart and surrounds. Toilet seat in laundry loose Steep steps at entrance should be noted. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Though low on bells and whistles, the house met all our basic needs and was very clean and tidy. The location is within easy reach (walk, drive, uber) to shops and Hobart’s essential must sees. Ideal for families and groups who plan on eating out, seeing the sights and just need a base to come back to.
