Luxurious two story home minutes from the famous Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach. Perfect for families, it's walking distance to a huge playgound, train car restaurant, and the beach!

The Space:
The perfect beach house, complete with crisp white decor, open and airy living space, and a sunny patio with a fire pit and BBQ! This is a great space for anyone traveling to the central coast, whether you're going to the dunes or just in town to enjoy the many beaches and wineriesnearby! The home has three bedrooms located upstairs with comfortable beds, high end sheets, and plenty of space to spread out. The primary suite features a smart TV and attached bathroom and one of the guest rooms has an old school Super Nintendo loaded with games! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook dinner while you're in town, or head out to the many nearby restaurants! Free street parking for your toy hauler, plus garage parking. Free wifi, washer and dryer, and plenty of beach toys and amenities are provided!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, beach amenities, nearby park, and beach access.

The Neighborhood:
Located west of Highway 1, the beach house is walking distance to restaurants, Oceano park and playground, the Oceano Airport where you can take bi-plane tours of the coast, and sandy Pismo State Beach where you can drive your vehicle down on the sand! Don't miss the Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville, less than 5 minutes away.  Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport is just 15-20 minutes up Highway 1.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle, but there are restaurants, the beach, and conveniences located within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
The driveway is an easement. There is another house located behind it, so please don't park in the driveway and block in the neighbor. 
The Super Nintendo is already loaded with games, there is no need to bring games. 
The large park/playground is located just around the block, but can not be seen from the house. It is an easy walk.
To drive down on the beach with your vehicle, a day pass is required (not included with the rental). Walking on the beach is free, and available to everyone.
