The host was amazing - extremely responsive and accomodating! The house itself was spacious and clean and perfect for our group of six singles. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

The house was perfect, but the host was the true highlight of the stay. He was helpful, friendly and accomodating.

The Host was very quick to respond with all questions. There was plenty of space. I love the Tub!

Lack of window covering in family room was a concern for some of my party

The house is very clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Our kitchen was well equiped with everything that we needed to make meals at home. The location was central to our activities. Our host was very pleasant and friendly with great communication. It was easy to get our transit van in and out of the garage with plenty of room. We would definitely choose to stay here again! Centrally located near groceries stores and restaurants nice home with comfortable furniture to relax after a hard days work.

Super clean, brand new, comfy memory foam beds, close to campus. God communication and easy self-check-in. Would happily stay here again.

The (very) good: The place itself. Nicely designed. Spacious. Bedrooms and baths really nice. Very clean throughout. Garage EV charger a plus! A few very picky requests: Dish towels, hand towels in powder room, facial tissue,Larger dining table if more than 4 people stay, only 3 wine glasses, tv instruction missing but we did figure something out, emergency info.Important for future: add dimmers to dining and living room lighting. Very bright at night. However we made do with kitchen lights and that worked out. Screen doors will be important in warmer weather to keep out mosquitos. We really had quite a lovely stay. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a great family trip. Very spacious, clean and easy check-in and out. Great location for walking to UC Davis and downtown.

Lovely home, great design and open space. However, the decor could use a few more things. Needs grab bars in showers and reading lights by the beds. Could use the suitcase holders in the bedrooms. The water from the refrigerator is not drinkable; should be checked out. This may sound critical but we still had a great stay. Thank you.

We enjoy our stay

This property is a beautifully remodeled home with all the amenities. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were beautiful, and kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that we would have liked is more linens. It wasn't an issue, but would have been nice to have a few extra towels, some blankets if it was colder, and a couple of dishtowels. Otherwise, it was perfect. Great location, easy to walk to campus or downtown. Owner was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

It was a really nice house but was pretty stark. There were not many things to cool with like oil or seasoning. No detergent to do laundry. The house was very nice inside but little extras like laundry detergent and spices goes a long way.

From the host, through the home, amenities, detailed attention to our comfort, keurig pods, hand soap in every bathroom, towels and beautiful furnishings…amazing! You can tell they take pride in their home! Would stay in any rental worldwide provided by them. Thank you for enhancing my trip and may God continue to bless you in your endeavors. Fantastic!
