Stayed May 7, 2026The home has some thoughtful touches like complimentary chips and coffee, but guests should be aware that the property is a 1952 house with no evident structural updates, and it shows. One of the bedrooms is very dark with original wood paneling, and several features—such as the closet doors, were difficult to open. Across three bedrooms, there were only five hangers provided, and lighting was dim throughout the house.The most challenging issue was a strong third‑hand smoke odor. It was initially masked by strongly scented plug‑ins. When they were unplugged (because they were overwhelming), the musty, acrid smell became noticeable and unfortunately transferred to our clothing and luggage, which has been difficult to neutralize since returning home.While the host provided some nice amenities, the overall condition of the home made this a 2‑star experience.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026It was a cute and cozy but we did find 3 different areas where there were roaches. We were there for a wrestling tournament and having my kids we couldn’t just find somewhere else to stay. Communicating with the host was great but the bug issue was not good!
