Dianne was a great host. We’ve been going to Folly for close to 2 decades. This was easily one of the best trips we’ve had. The house was clean and so convenient.We will definitely stay again.

We decided last minute to rent a place at the beach to accommodate our family over the Easter holiday. This little beach bungalow was perfect! There is plenty of space (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths) and being beachfront was incredible. We sat on the deck and watched the sun rise and then enjoyed playing in the sand and surf with our 2-year old grandson. It was truly heaven and served as a much needed break for our adult children. The house has everything you need to be at home on the beach - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to dine in. We loved being right on the beach and appreciated the covered porch area.

The host was fantastic. The place was wonderful. We had a really really nice long weekend on the beach.

We enjoyed a memorable Christmas vacation at Folly Beach. Dianne’s Beach House was just what we wanted and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and there was plenty of room for my two adult children and two dogs. The house is charming and bright. The beds, linens and kitchen and baths were clean and comfortable. All appliances worked as they should. Every morning we sat on the porch, enjoyed the view of the expansive beach.The weather was warm and bright and every day we took long walks. Dianne what’s a perfect host that was very responsive and cordial when we communicated. We would definitely want to come back and stay here again!

This is not a house but a home with character including some original hard wood floors. It is both well and uniquely appointed! The location is a dream. Gorgeous morning sunrises over the ocean, daily dolphins at play! Folly Beach is neat place with friendly folks. We hope to return next year!

Our family had a wonderful time here! The location was excellent-just steps to the beach. The home was lovely and cozy.

Perfect getaway for our anniversary, was able to bring our dog who probably loved it just as much as we did! Cannot wait to go back!

Our second stay here and just as magical as the first!

spent a week here with a friend and we both absolutely loved the house and enjoyed every minute of our stay. the house is clean, comfortable, spacious, charming, and exactly as described - it really does have pretty much everything you need. one thing to note that’s not listed in the description is that the owners have an “A/C policy,” which prohibits renters from lowering the house temperature below 72 in the summer months. our stay was during spring, but had we been staying in summer, this would have been a dealbreaker for us. obviously this is a matter of personal preference, but it’s one that people tend to have strong feelings about. it would be a good idea to state it up front so folks aren’t surprised upon arrival.

We absolutely loved the quaint cottage beach vibe of this beach house. I am from NC and have been coming to Folly Beach for years. I’ve stayed at numerous types of properties on the island. We wanted something cozy with our two kids that had beach front access. My kids loved the decorative sinks in their bathroom and their rooms. There is so much charm with all of the built ins throughout the house. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed for a week. My husband is a fabulous cook and we like enjoying meals in a lot with two younger kids and the kitchen was fully stocked. I loved that the laundry was upstairs and easily accessible. My kids loved the direct access of the beach and enjoyed seashell finding and exploring through the day. I highly recommend this for an intimate family vacation that has instant access to restaurants, markets, and shops! We rented a golf cart to use to drive around the island from the house and the whole family loved it! We’ll be back!

House was very clean, manager was very responsive when we had a small issue with the washing machine. The house was built in the 1930s and we appreciated the historic charm. Parking is easy, house is very private. Deck is very nice with a gate so your dogs can be outside, but kept off the beach.

Great house and location.

The location was just as described. Very remote, very quiet, have your own access to the beach. Literally see the beach from the living room. Beds were comfortable and all appliances were in working condition. The view is amazing!Can hear the ocean from your bed at night.

Everything we could ask for in a beach house. Clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The ocean view was superb. Great communication and kindness from the host. We will be back!

I always look at Cleanliness first because I think it tells a lot about the rest of the property. This house was no acceptation. Super-clean, bright, perfect location, great layout and as really as about private as you can get on Folly. Excellent trip.

Highlights of the property were sunrises from the back patio. The bed was comfortable. The house was about a mile and a half from city center. Lots of little extras like binoculars and basic spices that a make a Vrbo

This home is full of character and comfort. Quaint but spacious. The location is perfect for walking the 4 legged family member, too. Perfect in every way!!PERFECT

Perfect place for a small family. We loved this house. It was clean, lots of sun in the beach facing rooms, and a great deck to watch sunrise, surf, and kids boarding or swimming in the ocean. We hope to return!
