Showcasing over 4,200 SF, discover The Retreat’s spacious, open-style downstairs and upstairs living rooms, shiplap walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, quartz countertops, tiled showers, saltwater pool & spa experience, and all the high-end features expected in a beach house of this caliber.

Exterior

Equipped with a Fully Customized Pool & Spa Experience, the backyard features a large heated saltwater pool with a mood lighting system that automatically turns on at night. Built into the pool, you will find a saltwater hot tub that features the same mood lighting and a waterfall that flows into the pool below, creating a relaxing, true spa atmosphere.

With a 9ft privacy fence around the entire yard, oversized dining table under the back porch, luxury outdoor kitchen with grill/fridge/big screen TV, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating around the pool, the backyard is primed for great cookouts and downtime after a long day at the beach and exploring the Emerald Coast.

The front of the house features enough parking for 8 standard-sized vehicles, provides 6 bike cruisers, and has porches on the ground and upper levels with seating available to hear and feel the warm ocean waves and breeze.

Interior

The inside of The Retreat is one of the few properties that can comfortably accommodate its maximum occupancy of 20. You will not find pull out couches in the middle of living rooms and daybeds stuffed into bedrooms attempting to cram in as many people as possible. Instead, this property features 8 large bedrooms with 8 en-suite bathrooms.

7 of these bedrooms boast king-sized beds with high-end mattresses, bed linens, pillows, 50” smart TV’s, and luxury bathrooms with fully-tiled showers and large quartz vanities. The bunk room is oversized, and is fitted with 2 full-over-queen bunk beds that consist of the same high-end mattress, bed linens, and pillows as the other 7 bedrooms. Attached to this room is another en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and quartz double vanity.

The main level of this home was built to encompass an open concept design with the kitchen, dining area, and living room being a perfect place for conversation, entertainment, and family-style dining. Along with the 3 King bedrooms on the main level, The Retreat also provides a pantry next to the kitchen with enough food storage for large meals, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The upper level of The Retreat invites you and your group to kick back and relax after a long day in the sun. Alongside the 5 en-suites upstairs (4 King/1 Bunk Room), you will immediately be greeted with a large and welcoming entertainment area that is perfect for watching movies, playing games, or taking an afternoon power nap to prepare for the evening. Situated on the same street that leads south to the main entrance of Destin’s famous Crystal Beach and north to the area’s best shopping/entertainment center, Destin Commons, this property is a 3 min walk to world-famous white sand beaches and over 100 shopping, restaurant, and entertainment venues. The Retreat is also located just a block away from, and adjacent to, the popular Scenic Highway 98, where you can find award-winning seafood restaurants and oceanfront dining.
