The Regal Sanctuary

We have a very nice experience during our week.

It was wonderful! Very clean, and such a cute little house. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with.

The property was fantastic! It was very clean and renovated though still some cosmetic work is pending. It fit our entire family great. Tashi nmeem was fantastic to communicate with for any questions. The location was perfect. I would definitely bring my family here again!! Street parking is scheduled based on days so be attentive which day you are parking in which street. We were not aware and got 25 ticket.

My family was supposed to stay at this property for 3 nights but did not stay. When we pulled up the yard had not been mowed and there was a lot of questionable activity going on including a man high on something and his pants were pulled down and he had his hand on his privates dancing around. We had to call and message the manager twice to get the code to get in the door and then the code was not correct so I had to call back. Once inside, the house looked clean except the refrigerator which had crumbs and something brown spilled in it. I questioned the manger about the safety of the neighborhood and was assured that it is safe but my family did not feel safe so we told the manager we were leaving. Of course,we did not get a refund of our 600 and had to go pay for a hotel for the 3 nights. But we spoke with some locals and they said they would not even drive thru that neighborhood. Also that same night there was a drive by shooting on the next street over and the gun was found on the street for the house that we had rented. I would not recommend renting this house if you want to feel safe for your family.

The house was perfect for our stays. 3 huge bedrooms and close the everything! Would definitely recommend and visit again.
