Large, roomy house with great kitchen and dining area. Loved the fire pit - it got good use. Very convenient to Cooperstown and the HOF.

This house is amazing! It was spotless, spacious for 11 families, and a perfect location for Cooperstown fields. It is very close to Dreams. We played at All-Star Village and it was still convenient. The owners' communication was perfect. Responsive and present when needed. I would highly recommend this house. I am hoping to rent it again in the future.

PERFECT! In every way possible, our stay at The Red Door Lodge was just perfect for our group. There was ample, clean, well-appointed common space and the rooms and bathrooms were (mostly) very spacious and clean. The owners have taken great provide in providing a home that adds to the wonderful experience of Cooperstown! The pool, poolhouse, firepit, basketball court and outdoor gathering space was comfortable, spacious and gave our group of 24 more than enough things to do. On behalf of our group, I HIGHLY recommend this home!!

Great Stay house was beautiful

We could not have asked for a better house for this most special time in our children’s lives. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Clean and simple and big and spacious and extremely comfortable beds. Along with the pool house and bunch of games and the pool, having several refrigerators and outdoor space to hang out, it was absolutely perfect. We will make this a team house for every year our town comes to Cooperstown! Thank you so much Carin and Paul!!!!

We had 8 families from our team stay at this house. The house was perfect in every way! The pool was the biggest attraction for our kids. The garage is converted to a party room and rec room for the kids. The garage doors open to the pool. There is a covered outdoor area where the adults would stay up late together. There is a fire pit. We were able to have the team over for a few meals and the boys were able to swim. The whole house had baseball decor. The basement was perfect for all of the siblings. I’m hoping to stay here again when we come back with my younger son! The owner was very responsive and came over to fix things the same day.

We spent a week at the RED door lodge and it was amazing. The house was absolutely perfect. This place has all the amenities you could ever need. Carin and Paul who hosted us could not have been more accommodating. The outdoor fire pit was an absolute hit with our group, the adults Had a chance to hang out and relax while the kids played ping-pong, basketball and cooled off in the pool. If you’re looking for a place that’s in a great location within a few minutes of downtown and just a short drive to Dreams Park. This is definitely the place for you. I would highly recommend this home and I can assure you that you and your group will not regret it.

This property is minutes from Dreams Park and Downtown. It is perfect for large groups of friends or family!

We loved our stay at Red Door Lodge! It was a great place for 7 families to stay during the Dreams Park tournament. It is a very convenient location and plenty of activities for the siblings, even the boys in the tournament wanted to come back to be at the house with all of us!!

We absolutely loved staying at Red Door Lodge. Everything was perfect for our group of 6 families. Karin & Paul were the best hosts & super responsive when we asked to host a team party (last minute). Truly couldn't have asked for a better house or host! Thank you so much for making our Cooperstown trip even more memorable.

We had an amazing stay. We had 6 baseball players that came to a showcase event with their families. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked for all of our needs. Adults hung out in the kitchen, kids loved the outdoor amenities, and everyone had a place to sleep. We will definitely book again for future events!

The house was great for several families going to Dreams Park for the week. Plenty of rooms to spread out. Very friendly owners that were very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

I'll start by saying this rental was great because it could accommodate so many people. Also, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It is so close to Dreams Park. As pleased as I was with the rental, I was equally displeased with the property manager. Hurrican Debbie came through the week we were there, and let's just say she took full advantage of the insurance policy I fortunately had the foresight to purchase in advance, so she could use it to pay for renovations and fixes. She listed $1500 in claims on broken things around the house; it was absolutely absurd. PSA to anyone who books here: definitely purchase the insurance policy.

This property was true to the listing. It was large… we had six families staying here very comfortably. The beds were comfortable, linens were good quality and we had everything we needed. Washer/dryer were very handy to have. Great location for travel to/from Dreams Park. The kids in our group loved the pool, ping pong, and air hockey table. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this house for a large group.

Perfect house for families ataying during the Dreams Park Tournament. It is 6 minutes from the fields. It has great amenities including a pool. Our families thought staying in this house was the best part of the trip. Highly recommend!
