Spacious and clean. The house is exactly as in the listing and thoughfully stocked. Super respinsive host.

The owner was magnificent and was a great communicater. We were a group of 6 high school mates an 2 wives. (The youngest were 4 who next week are having their 50th reunion.)It close enough to Cooperstown , but far enough away.We had an issue with hot water that was fixed within 10 minutes.If I ever come again this is my first place I will look.

Had plenty of supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, towels, blankets and space. Loved that there are hampers in each room. It reminded me of my grandmas old farmhouse that was built about the same time as that one. Overall a great house!

Great stay, lots of space, comfortable beds, and perfect location to get to Cooperstown Dream Park! The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and Paul was a fantastic host.

Great location very close to field of dreams! Dollar general across street and grocery close too. House had everything we needed - they even left extra coffee, shampoo, and such from previous family which we appreciated! We all had a great time and loved the house!

The owners made us feel welcome and appreciated and provided a lot of what we needed.

We had a get-together of our immediate family from all over the country to meet in Cooperstown, and this was a perfect place of us with a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen. We had a lot to catch-up on and it has a warm, homey atmosphere which was ideal. We couldn't have had the same experience in a hotel.

The property owner was so Available. The home was immaculately clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

House was perfect for our needs. 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, worked out great for multiple couples. There was even a nice welcome basket of snacks and drinks when we arrived. Short 6-7 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown. Clean and comfortable. Host was quick to respond to any questions through the app.

The house was clean and spacious with a great layout for our four families. Each family could have their own space while still enjoying a great amount of common space. Location to town and Cooperstown Dreams Park was excellent! The owner was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly.

From the listing through our entire stay until checkout, every was accurate and easy. We went here for Cooperstown tourney and the location is amazing! Close tp the fields and the Dollar General and gas station all across the street or walking distance. The space is great outside for grilling and relaxing after bejng at the fields. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for multiple families. Kitchen was big enough for a lot of us to be in there while cooking as well as a 2nd dining room table. Comfortable couches in the living room. Loved having a washer & dryer and had plenty of detergent. House provided plenty of linens and cleaning supplies except lysol wipes. Bonus is the wonderful neighbor to the left of the house. Will be recommending for future families!

As family and friends, a large group of us make an annual excursion to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. We’ve stayed at many beautiful spots, but the convenience of this one is unbelievable. Close to restaurants, close to breweries, close to the Hall of Fame, but still spacious and peaceful. A family feel enhanced by a kind and communicative host.

The host Paul was very quick and attentive to our needs. This house can easily accommodate 5 to 6 families. We had 5 families and a bedroon to spare. We checked out the boys and had a team party with all the families and took advantage of the massive backyard to play adult vs. Kids wiffle ball. This house has everthing you need for your Coopertowns stay, from surrounding restaurants to a dollar general across the street (walking distance), to a supermaket just a mile down the road.

This house is perfect for families of Dreams Park players! Super convenient to town and the park, and lots of room for multiple families to stay together.

A group of 13 of us (6 families-mostly wives of coaches) stayed here. The close proximity to the fields, large yard for kids, and enough beds and bathrooms for everyone made this the perfect location for us. Paul was an excellent communicator and responded within seconds to any request or concern we had. We unfortunately came at an unexpected heat wave and Paul installed an additional window AC unit to help make us more comfortable. There were plenty of fans in the house in case of additional hot spots. House is definitely dated but has a lot of character and charm. We knew this was not the Ritz Carlton coming in and the house served its purpose. We appreciated the ability to do laundry and the smart TV in the living room helped entertain us or the kids. If you’re coming for baseball, know that some families left items there for the next family to use, but the Dollar General across the street is also great for last minute items. Note, the house is on a busy main road but the yard for kids is well away from it. The Grand Union grocery store is better than the Price Chopper in Cooperstown. We also used the Clark Sports Center (7 mins away) for workouts for my daughter and got a day pass for $6 that also included rock wall climbing.

We stayed here for week two of Cooperstown. We had five families staying here and there was plenty of room to accommodate all the families. Paul is very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. He checked in to make sure we were situation and if we needed anything. The house is very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is perfect and a very short drive to Dreams Park.
