Kenwood - Renovated Farmhouse ~ 1.4 miles to Dreams Park ~ w/ Game Room!

This was a perfect place for us. We had a couple other families share this house while we were in town for baseball! Great location and close to everything. I can’t tell you how impressed we were with how clean and all the many thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the house. We really enjoyed our time. Natasha was very responsive and great to work with. I would 100% recommend this place! Don’t hesitate, just book it!

The property was immaculate. It is clear that much care is taken to ensure that Kenwood is cleaned and maintained - it is clearly treated like someone's home, not a rental! We enjoyed having quick access to Dreams Park as well as an easy drive into downtown Cooperstown. Would definitely recommend to friends heading to Cooperstown!

Kenwood was the perfect place for our family to stay while our grandson played at Dreams Park. We had three generations staying there and everybody was happy. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and we made good use of the games and activities. It was close enough to the Ball Park that we were able to return between games for meals or just to cool off and refresh. The owners have truly thought of everything, from kitchen supplies to laundry soap. We hope to return!

We loved our stay at Kenwood! It is adorable and is so close to Dreams Park! The beds and bedding were super comfortable and they had everything we needed! I highly recommend!

Kenwood was a perfect stay for our two families visiting Dreams Park for the week. The location was great and the house was charming and immaculate. Highly recommend!

Very clean and updated. The location was convenient to Dreams Park and the house had everything you need and more. Very comfy beds with lots of space.l for everyone. Would highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for accomodations while your son plays at Dreams Park, look no further. Kenwood has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely updated and the house accomodates a nice amount of people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a good meal. The outside fire pit area was perfect for chilly Cooperstown evenings. And the game room garage entertained the younger siblings. The location could not be beat. Directly across the street from the Dugout Bar and Grill and a 2 minute drive to the grovery store, McDonald's, several restaurants and of course, the park. The hosts were readily available for any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!

Kw wood was Amazing! It is 5 minutes from dreams park, has a lovely yard and garage fulll of fun for younger siblings. Natasha has thought of everything- not only is the decor lovely but they have everything to make your stay perfect!

This place was great! It had everything we needed, including umbrellas we could borrow because it was raining during our trip. We cooked most nights, it had all of the cooking items we needed. The living room area was great for gathering and recapping the day or for naps! The outdoor area was nice for gathering as well, we had a few nighttime fires and made s’mores. The bedrooms were updated and cozy! And the place is very close to Dreamspark!! We had a wonderful time, it was perfect.

Our stay at this house was amazing. We enjoyed being so close to the baseball fields, yet also feeling like you are in the country. The house was equipped w everything we needed. The hosts have truly thought of everything…even firewood for the fire put out back. The hosts were also readily available. We had one minor issue, but they handled it immediately. We loved our stay here and hated to leave! Beautiful home and setting!
