Stayed Jul 1, 2025The Ranch House was perfect for our stay. We stayed here as a baseball team that had tournaments in Rapid City. The house provided plenty of room and space for our team. We usually travel and stay in hotels. This home was far better. It provided us space to stretch out and we could make meals at the house instead of the boys having to eat fast food for every meal. The boys really enjoyed their stay here!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We had such a great time in the black hills and this house contributed great to this incredible vacation. It was everything and more of what we expected. Bedrooms were large enough for adults and infants/toddlers to be in the same room. We had 10 adults and 5 children under 4 years old and we had plenty of space. Bathrooms were as you would expect and kitchen area accommodated all the cooks that needed to be there. The back deck allowed our outdoor focused family to be outside together during nap time and enjoy the fresh air together. We loved our stay so much that we called and asked for another night which was granted. I would highly recommend this place and this company. They were upfront and honest. They were great at communicating with us and they did exactly as they said they were going to do.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Very nice place and nice location. I would recommend it to anyone. There was a couple things that was damaged when we arrived a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom downstairs, a knob was laying on the deck that was off the grill, writing on the wall in one of the bedrooms in the basement

Stayed Oct 24, 2024The place could have been a little cleaner - bathtub was not clean. When looking for toys in the couch it had looked like they have not cleaned under the cushions in a long time.
