The Quarry Cottage - Sunny Days, Cozy Nights!

The house was pristine in its cleanliness, and thew host was consistently responsive.

The host, Lauren, was great to work with - had last minute issues and she did her absolute best to accommodate me.

Our 3-night stay was excellent - easy, safe walk to the Amphitheater for a concert, and near to restaurants and other attractions. The Cottage was spotless, well appointed, and located in a quaint walkable neighborhood. Communication with our host was easy and respectful. We surely will keep this listing handy for our next stay in St Augustine.

Great stay would stay again

The house was clean, organized, and everything that we needed to be comfortable. The only thing we wished it had were queen size beds instead of full size beds in two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom was excellent.

It was a short getaway & rained most of the day, but the property was so cozy we enjoyed a whole day in. Will look to book again for our next concert @ the amphitheatre.

Property is beautiful and well appointed. Backyard very tranquil and cozy. Didn’t want for anything. Beds and linens top notch. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this lovely home with everything we could possibly need while away from home. There were a ton of places we could visit and see. The lights were beautiful and easy to see while driving around the downtown area.

The property is laid out wonderfully and has tons of amenities available. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and very responsive. A big positive is that the house is within walking distance of the Alligator Farm. We look forward to booking again when we visit our college student again.

I booked this property for my extended family to have a place to stay for our son’s memorial service. It happens to be close to our house so it was a very short walking distance. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated and the split plan layout is perfect for families . A very quiet neighborhood.

We were looking for a pet free place as my Adult Son has Ashma. Upon arriving we smelled what we believed to a be a dog odor on their couch and sent them pictures of hair on the back of the cushion which looked to be animal related. We contact the owner as we did previously about some very minor issues in which they did respond but no response about the pet issue. The next day my King bed collapse while I was watching Golf on TV. Contacted management team and again no response. We had enough and left the next Morning cutting our stay short by 3 days.

From the moment we pulled onto the street we were enjoying the location of the home. Tucked into a cozy neighborhood so close to the beach and restaurants. The house itself was amazingly clean and had a great layout for 4 adults and a small child. Spacious yet very comfy, we couldn’t have asked for a better rental. Would definitely stay here again! Ps. The owner checked in during our stay to see how we were enjoying it. Also very quick to respond!
