The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and access to a second balcony with ocean views. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with pull out trundle, ceiling fan and access to the second balcony. There is a hall bath with a shower/tub combo shared by the second and third bedrooms. Other features include a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, porta crib, highchair, children's books, children's dishes and sippy cups, exterior ground level storage with beach chairs and other beach supplies and a community pool. Many great dining and shopping opportunities near by. Ten minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. 2 night minimum during the off season and a week during summer. No smoking. No pets.

Unobstructed ocean and beach view were superb! We saw the rocket Artemis launch…a spectacular experience! Loved our time here and hope to come back. Our granddaughter loved playing in the waves and sand every day. Great location!
