Steps to the non-driving section of the beach!

Home was nice, beautiful, short walk to the beach. Peaceful location with a short drive to downtown. Most of everything you would need as far as towels, paper plates etc were provided. However, the home could have been cleaned better. Prior guests left the trash bin full. Very minimal check in/check out instructions provided. Overall, good stay.

What a wonderful house. It is so close to the beach. The pool was very nice and it is only 10 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. We had a fantastic time.

Stayed here multiple times. Great addition of full bathroom to pool area since last year. Centrally located for restaurants and ice cream. Beach is fantastic. Overall house is wonderful and perfect for our family. House needs beach towels (we couldn't find any but brought our own). Also the ring game downstairs has been removed which we used to spend a lot of time having fun playing.

We really loved this house! Plenty of space for our family of five to spread out. The views of the ocean from the front porch were amazing and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful family vacation with our three boys, it was more than enough space for the five of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better location either, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and surf shops. The owner was attentive and helpful with questions. If our plans allow, we will definitely be back next summer!

Clean home and ideal location to both the beach and local restaurants

This is the perfect beach house vacation! Very nice home with a private pool. The beach is steps away (1/2 block away) and there is an ocean view from the tower room, living room, and 2nd floor porch. Everything inside is clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room/dining room is a great area to relax with family. The owners make the check in process easy and seamless. Beach shops, ice cream, and several restaurants are all within a short walking distance. We have stayed at this property numerous times and plan to do so again. Definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a great home within steps to the beach!

Second year staying here on a long weekend to wrap up the summer. House has everything you need, host responsive, no issues, centrally located to restaurants and steps to the beach! Pool is wonderful. People watching on the front deck and you can hear the ocean!

We had a wonderful week in St Augustine, my husband, myself, and our kids! This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it didn’t fail to meet all of our needs. The owners were excellent at communicating if we had questions or concerns and helped us surprise our daughter with balloons upon our arrival on her birthday! We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfectly located St Augustine getaway!

Love the St. Augustine area and this house! The house is well-maintained and just a few steps from the beach. We love the view from the porch. The private pool is a bonus! This year more beach supplies were added…another bonus.

This house worked out great for the 6 of us. You can’t much better with the location to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops & ice cream shops. We walked to all of them. The house is very clean & has a well stock kitchen. Pool area is very nice. We loved sitting out on the front deck in the morning with our coffee & watching the sunrise. Phil the owner is great to work with if you have any issues. The grill & patio furniture are pretty worn but we still sat out by the pool & grilled. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great location and inside was very clean back yard and pool area clean. I would have given a 5 star except many of the chairs were broken and new build next door that was loud during the day and workers working up high watching us at the pool.
