What a wonderful property--Eleven of us stayed at this beautiful, waterfront home and enjoyed it so much. Loved the floorplan of the house, the gorgeous outdoor space and fire pit, the beach, the sunroom area, and the location. Home is well-maintained and was very clean. The owner is friendly, and was responsive to all of our needs; He sent me several helpful messages to prepare for our stay. Close to Ingram Bay marina, where we took a sunset cruise, to include dinner at Reedville Market. Five stars!

Upon arriving at this property it felt as if someone had just packed up and left. The linens were in the washing machine unwashed and the beds were a mess. The owner offered to have someone come out, but I opted to wash the sheets instead. Later I found more clean sheets in an unlocked closet. The owner was very condescending in our text messages, choosing to deflect from the issues to the fact that we were in a million dollar house (maybe on paper)with an epic view. Too bad that was not our focus for this trip in JANUARY. I booked this house solely on the availability of the games. Imagine my surprise when the pinball table was broke, the air hockey table was on its last legs (little to no air circulating, no vibration and pucks were worn out. The ping pong table overlay was “broken by a previous tenant”. The giant tv was great but the remote’s volume was broke. The game closet was probably nice at one time, but no longer. It is filled with pieces of games, and dirty toys just dumped in it. Besides the inconvenience of the bathroom placements and no convenient workspace in the kitchen, the house is alright. The view is indeed “epic”, but we could not play games on it, as this was the intention of our trip. I did receive a nights stay refund because of the dirty linens. What was most bothersome about this stay was the owner’s attitude.

Had a mini reunion with our children and grandchildren that we have not seen in quite some time. This home was absolutely perfect, it was just as described in the app. We even had a red fox show its self one evening. While the weather was not in our favor for the first two nights, it did not make a difference to any of us, ages 51 down to one! Would definitely book again in the future! You will not be disappointed in staying here!!! Absolutely loved it!!! Just bring your food and clothing and you will be 100% all set!!!!

This is a wonderful property, incredibly well set up for children and families. The house itself is as advertised. The theater/arcade room is a kid's dream, with nostalgic parents also sure to love the ability to access old games from nearly every game system ever made on the arcade machine. Outside, the incredible beach frontage combines with seclusion to make this an incredibly relaxing property. You will not hear anything other than birds, wind, and the sounds of the Potomac. The provided Kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful, and nearly everything at the property is brand new. This a wonderful place for 2-3 families to vacation together, or for a very large family to have plenty of room to spread out. The wi-fi was strong and worked well, for those of you who have to knock out a bit of work. The nearest town is about 10-15 minutes away, with a food Lion and a couple of restaurants. However, you will not want to leave this place.
