Stayed Aug 7, 2025Great place to see the ocean, feel the breeze and be away from the city. The house was super clean. My complaint would be that the water in the shower etc seems to be super hard water as it took forever to get the shampoo out my hair lol. But, don't let that take you away from the views of this place. Also, if you have kids you might be very observant of the roots in the water at the beach as there are many that are sticking up and if you are not careful you can step on these if you are barefoot. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025A perfect multigenerational family getaway. A nicely renovated property with first class furnishings and amenities. Main floor bedroom and full bath ideal for family with children or those that can’t use stairs. Private sandy beach easily accessible perfect for wading or swimming (kids loved it!). Owner provided beach chairs, canopy, umbrella and beach toys for kids were high quality and in great condition. Easy driving from Richmond or DC. Lovely and peaceful location. Highly recommended!
