The property was nice for two people. The pool was clean and inviting, plenty of outside seating so you could enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The host was nice and super friendly, but let you have your own space. This property sits in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here. The pool house is very cozy and welcoming. Host was very thoughtful and we had a restful and relaxing experience here. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and private. Owners made sure we had everything we needed. Home was very well stocked for cooking and we really appreciated the coffee!. Bed was very comfortable.Pool was very nice but it really wasn't warm enough to swim We will return!

Everything was spectacular!! Cozy living space right next to a private pool. The kids and I had a blast!!! Highly recommend!!

The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction

Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend.

Neat as a pin. Comfortable, beautiful area, safe area. Well lit, walker friendly, accessible. Hosts were wonderful, assisted with anything Aunt needed. Quiet area, lovely little cottage. Well appointed, close to grocery, airport, hospital. Perfect hideaway.

The place was clean, comfortable, attractive. We were disappointed the pool wasn't available as the listed indicated it would be. Still spring, but it was plenty warm. Jan and Steve were great....

From the first minute we walked into the pool house - we knew it was going to be amazing. Steve & Jan are wonderful hosts. You can tell they really put thought and caring in the pool house. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Property, nice, clean in very nice location. There were a few issues caused by previous renters. Property owners made adjustments to enhance the situation.
