Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally -located place. Junction of 60/Hwy cc. Walmart is 7 miles , general dollar store is two blocks :-) our little river town on the border, Seneca is only 5 miles. We’re literally central to reach in one hour Bella Vista, Arkansas, one and a half hours Tulsa Oklahoma, or 25 minutes to Joplin and it’s a great place to visit.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026Everything was so last minute and I made a mistake during my booking but the host had availability and she accommodated us even when she truly didn't have to and we are forever grateful. This place was awesome. Very tastefully decorated. Has everything you need and more. We are going to be making plans for a week long visit here when we come back to the area. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Cozy place to stay while in the area, reasonable prices, great communication with the host! Simple checkout procedures and outside of the road traffic which wasn’t too bad, very quiet area. Easy to get to Neosho/Joplin from here. Would stay again!

Stayed Apr 11, 2025The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any requests. The cottage was very comfortable and cute. Would definitely stay again. The only downside is noise from Hwy 60, though that was mostly during the day.
