Stayed Apr 28, 2026This was the second year that we rented this house. It is convenient to all of our needs. Inside everything was clean and in its place. No one likes to rent a place that is in disaray. This rental is the perfect place for a group of 4 guys to come and fish the Bighorn River. There are 2 very well stocked fly shops within walking distance for your needs. Rumor has it that Polly's place has been sold and is being renavated so Ft Smith may once again may have an eating restraunt. My group will be once again be renting this place next year if all goes as planned.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Reece is a very communicative landlord and goes out of his way to help your visit to his home be as perfect as possible. The house itself is very clean. Everything is easy to use. The only improvement I can think of would be somebody to wash the dishes and if he would row my boat.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024The house is great for a medium sized group. The kitchen is well-stocked and is a good size for cooking meals. I really like the deck and being able to enjoy the evenings outside. The owners are very responsive and keep the place well-kept.
