ONLY 20 MINUTES TO BRECKENRIDGE, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of being right in the mountains, yet still be convenient to all that Breckenridge has to offer. 3600 sq. ft with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 10 people in beds.

Stayed Jan 14, 2026We had an awesome vaca in the mountain getaway. The house was very spacious and well equipped. The mountain views were amazing, especially with the big picture windows. It did happen to snow while we were there with our family and just made it all the more beautiful. The toddler gate at top of stairs was also a huge plus as we traveled with our small granddaughter. We made use of the fireplace as the weather got super cold for us Houstonians. Host was very attentive and detailed with directions regarding the house. Would love to return one day.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Very accurate listing with gorgeous views! Very comfortable beds and furniture, fully stocked kitchen, lots of family games, carpeted stairs with a baby gate at the top of the stairs much appreciated with our 2 year old. Great hot tub and sleds for the kids available! Great location close to Breckenridge!

Stayed Feb 22, 2023Fantastic house in the most beautiful setting. The snow was deep for our trip, but someone (courteous neighbor?) plowed to two or three inches so that even lower clearance cars would have little trouble getting in and out of the street. Proper winter traction equipment still a must, obviously. The house has pretty much everything you could think you might need, and even some things you might not. It's obvious this home is more than just a full time rental.
