My family enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciate the decorations for Christmas. It made our Christmas, we all felt comfortable and definitely loved the scenery inside and out. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family.

My husband and I stayed at this 2 bedroom log home on our trip to Colorado. The community of Warm Springs is secluded, but only a few miles from Fairplay. We loved being away from all the hustle and bustle of summer tourists. We relaxed on the porch while watching the hummingbirds buzz back and forth. The fishing in the trout ponds was great entertainment for Carl. He caught and released lots of trout. One night we had a trout dinner of 2 rainbows and 1 brown trout--delicious! Diane and Jeff have a very well stocked kitchen with lots of condiments in the refrig and supplies in the cupboards. We wanted for nothing. We would recommend a stay here.

Backpacking trip and stayed the night.

The cabin was adorable and was exactly what we needed. Saw a buck when we first arrived. I would definitely stay again!

My 10 year old twins love the cabin, love fishing in the nearby ponds, it was comfortable with everything you need for a fun and cozy weekend in the mountains! We saw moose, deer, elk, antelope, and coyotes. This was our second trip to this cabin, and we will be back!

The house was wonderful. Upstairs and downstairs. The house had all that was needed and we felt welcome to use anything we forgot. Comfortable, beautiful scenery, close to towns to visit. We would stay again. Quiet, clean and cozy. Instructions in cabin was very simply explained. From the South we learned to take the tote bags she had in the closet, in case it was needed. Simply…LOVED IT. Thank you.

The cabin overall was cozy and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and the DVD collection, as well as a game of Rummikub. Feedback for improvements:- The code provided for the gated community did not work so we followed another resident through. - There was only enough hot water for one and a half showers when we arrived. - The pillows in the upstairs bedroom were uncomfortable. Thank you for sharing your home! We'd stay again.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked for our stay. Directions to the property were accurate and easy to follow. We were greeted by a large herd of elk in the field just off the smaller county road after we turned off the main highway.With 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, and comfortable living room with gas fireplace, it made for a cozy stay for our party of 2 couples.Our intitial impression upon arriving was that the exterior photos didn't do the place justice. It appears more plain in the photos than in reality. The interior decorations added personality to the cabin and made it feel more comfortable and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked, with plenty of linens for our group.Since it was winter, we weren't able to enjoy the picnic table on the large front porch, or the private fishing ponds. We would love to return in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor activities.

Great cabin that slept 4 adults comfortably. Extremely clean, well-stocked, comfy and welcoming. With 2 sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms there was plenty of room for our stuff and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We had a great time, would love to come here in the summer so we can enjoy the front porch and the beautiful setting a little more!

Adorable FairPlay well stocked and maintained cabin had amazing night time sights. We saw shooting stars and Starlink go by! After gaining access to enter, there were no more glitches and our stay was wonderful. The cabin was clean and had whatever we needed, including a washer and dryer. This place was exactly what I was needing.

Very nice, clean, well stocked and convenient. Great place to acclimate to 10,000’ and base for nearby hikes and a fourteener. Very quiet with fishing and even tennis/pickleball nearby. Hosts very helpful and responsive. An easy place to relax!

This cabin is perfect for a family mountain getaway. It's easy to get to and has all the amenities of home. It's cozy, but had plenty of space for me, my wife, and our 2 kids. Hosts were easy to work with. My kids made me promise I would bring them back!

It was a short one night stay for us but perfect quiet and clean cabin.
