The perfect house for snowbirds or just a family coming to enjoy San Diego

This was awesome for our family vacation. Great location with nothing we did more than 20 minutes away. Very clean house and stocked with anything you could need. Ron was responsive for any questions we had.

A bright, clean, comfortable home with a beautiful view, easy access to the area, easy parking and a few “bells and whistles” to keep your techie happy. Our host responded quickly to questions and provided plenty of information at the site to make things easy.

This was a great property, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The home was clean an comfortable with an amazing deck and great view of Mission bay. I would definitely stay there again.

Home, Host and Atmosphere was all great!

The home is beautiful, very clean, provided everything we needed even coffee filters! Pretty view of San Diego. After doing typical tourist things we looked forward to returning to the home, opening the floor to ceiling sliding doors, sitting on the deck with our wine and enjoying the view.

Great place in a central location. We were close to everything and the place was perfect. The house has everything you need for a great stay including a fully stocked kitchen and useful bar area. You can't beat the view and the ability to open the house to the deck. Host was very responsive to all questions. All good!

This is a lovely home and well furnished with everything you would need to be comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the large patio area that completely opens up off the living/kitchen area. And a view! Our bed was extremely comfortable. The owner, Ron, was very accommodating and responsive. We had no issues, only a few questions. I highly recommend.

To start with Ron was wonderful. Answered all of my questions before I arrived. Check in was smooth as silk and the place is wonderful! Our kids met us there for a week vacation and it truly does feel like a home away from home! The steam oven is AWESOME! Never saw one before. Besides the great hospitality - it is in a perfect location and close to everything - airport, zoo, seaworld, shopping, groceries, restaurants! We had a lot of fun and when back in San Diego we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ron!

This is an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view. It is very close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and any store you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with a great assortment of pots and pans, utensils, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. - everything needed to make a meal so you can eat in and enjoy the sunset!

Host was very kind and responsive! Great location and facilities.

We had a fantastic time at Ron’s house! It was just as beautiful as the pictures show, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Ron kept us updated with clear check-in and check-out instructions, making everything easy. We were very pleased with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable.The highlight was definitely the stunning views from the deck and the accordion slider doors that opened across the entire living room—it felt so relaxing to sit in the fresh air and take it all in.I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Diego!

The asthetic of the interior couldn't be beat! Loved the artwork and furnishings. Wall of glass opening to the extensive outdoor area w/ great views & fresh air. Our party of 3 used the home lightly, primarily enjoying our R&R in the main area. Location was great for us; easy drive to many local areas. Owner was easy to work w/ from booking to check out.

Beautiful place to stay. Great view and good location. This is a great place to go if you want to sit back and relax. My family and friends enjoyed the stay as well. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind staying here again. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

Loved the view and location!

We were visiting San Diego for our daughter's wedding and needed the property to serve many purposes. Myself, husband, sister and son were staying and everyone had a bedroom to use. Flower arrangments were made the day before the wedding and we had several of my daughter's frineds over to help and then enjoy lunch. The rehersal dinner was held here with about twenty people and the outdoor space was a hit! This property did it all and I was proud to host people as the space was beautiful, parking was easy, nieghborhood was quiet, and proximity to downtown San Diego was perfect.

Fully furnished and great for our group of six. Loved the artwork and homelike feeling. The back deck is wonderful for watching Sea World fireworks. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

We came down to celebrate our son's graduation. The house is perfect for a small celebration- loved the open floor plan and windows that open out to the back porch, as well as ample street parking for guests. Neighborhood was very quiet and we met the friendly next door neighbor. Location was great for getting anywhere in San Diego. Ron was very kind and responsive to texts. Would recommend this VRBO for a family stay in San Diego!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all of San Diego attractions. Close to freeway for exploring the beautiful coastline. If we return to San Diego, will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful house that met all our needs. Set up on a hill overlooking the water, we spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the deck. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Ron was terrific to deal with.

Recently returned to SF with family and enjoyed every moment while at the VRBO. The home is beautiful, very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and it really does feel as if you’re home. We had a family of five plus my dogs and there was still plenty of space in the home. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to the local attractions. Neighbors are friendly. The open floor plan and beautiful windows that overlook the outdoor areas was a nice addition. Weather was windy for most of the week. we were there so didn’t spend much time in the yard but this home has a great outdoor area for entertaining. Owner provides a handbook in the living room for everything you need to know so appreciated that. Parking was plentiful on the street. Aaron was very responsive from the time of booking, check in and even gave us a heads up reminder about the gardeners who were scheduled to come by. No complaints at all about this place. We had to figure out how to open the door upon check in but it was only bc we weren’t used to how the dead bolt worked but after some practice it was not an issue at all. Appreciate the attention to detail of the home and care that the owner takes to make the guests feel comfortable. Hope to return again sometime soon.Thanks Ron for a great stay! Our family of 5 stayed for spring break. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect for touring all of the San Diego area. We felt very safe and comfortable with the location.

House has a nice open floor plan, with lots of light, and good views of Mission Bay from the hills. Well equipped kitchen and great appliances for cooking some meals in as we diid, with the exception of no microwave.

We wish we were able to enjoy the house and view more than what we did, but after dealing with the move every day and coming back here exhausted it was so refreshing. Thank you, for making it work that we were able to stay here for one extra day.

My husband, teens, and in-laws enjoyed this house and its wonderful location. Would definitely rent again if in the area. The owner was very accommodating and was great communicating with us.

The house was gorgeous with an amazing view of the Mission Bay. Sun rise and sun set were phenomenal with hummingbirds buzzing all around. This was a great house to have family over to celebrate. More than enough seating for everyone, and with opening the back door/windowswe all were able to enjoy the view.

It was in a perfect spot to get to everything we had planned.

We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed. The neighborhood location was convenient, too! I would have preferred a bit more room for our belongings. The biggest issue was a lack of space in the pantry to put food. It was full of their food items and kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable!

The property is beautiful and communication with the home owner was easy and very informative. We loved staying here. Theres a garden and patio with sun chairs. All high end appliances if you like to cook. Great location. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft and incredible. We loved this house!
