Stayed Feb 20, 2026This place is a gem! The views are incredible, the inside has everything you need and is very comfortable. The hot tub and fire ring were a couple of extras that helped us choose this rental over the rest and we are so glad we did. Having a fenced in yard is perfect if you have a furry companion. The location is close to town but also far enough away to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surrounding desert landscape. We will definitely return!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The Perch is indeed perched at the top of a hill with great mountain views and lovely sunsets. It is very clean and provides basic supplies. The bumpy dirt road to get to the top was not in the listing, but was mentioned in the check-in info. We were able to drive it slowly and carefully in our Corolla. We enjoyed exploring Joshua Tree National Park and having this comfortable spot as a home base.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Beautiful property a bit removed from the Main Street of Joshua Tree, so it was perfect to relax and watch the stars on a long weekend. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, and fast wi-fi. Check-in was easy and the host was extremely good at communicating quickly. Can’t recommend it enough.
