Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). This home is not equipped with cable.
Community quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am.
Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted.
Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season (May 23, 2025 - September 1, 2025) there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly.

IMPORTANT - The Peninsula Community registration forms must be completed 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit these by the deadline will result in a $100 late fee assessed to the reservation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Really like the peninsula and while this was a very nice large place it was rather lacking the homey feel. We came to find out it was for sale so that probably accounted for the sterile vibe. No hooks for towels, no rugs, sparse small amount of living room furniture, no tvs in bedrooms not a lot of kitchen ware. Certainly not what we are used to when renting at the Peninsula.

    The Peninsula was clean, pristine, and felt safe. Home was exactly as advertised. Community was welcoming and friendly. House is juxtapositioned equally between Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches. Local restaurants and shops were great! The only negative me and my guests encountered was with the insensitivity of the management company's personnel when we called because we were locked out of the home because the keyless lock pad stopped responding to the access code. Regrettably there was no contingency entry plan (i.e. lockbox, garage keypad, or extra key at guard station) which resulted in us waiting outdoors for over an hour for someone to drive to the development to let us in. When help did arrive, she was unprofessional and spoke condescendingly requesting that I show her how I tried to open the door--the same door I had been using for the past two nights. Management company ultimately offered a credit to our payment methods for our inconvenience. While this was a nice gesture an apology would have worked too. Given this was a small part of our experience, which we ultimately made epic, we would consider renting again and perhaps even share with others. Trying another home in the Peninsula in December. Stay tuned for that review with a different owner.

    Beautiful townhouse. Only glitch was electronic lock would not allow us in on Saturday afternoon and we had to wait in our car for about and hour till it was resolved

    The Peninsula is a fantastic resort community. Aside for just wanting to spend a day in Rehoboth and on the beach, there is almost no need to leave the community. The pool(s), mini-golf, pickleball, and walking trails were more than enough to keep us busy all week. There are several grocery stores right at the entrance that allowed us to stock up and have most of our meals in the gourmet kitchen/dining room setup. The upstairs flex space is perfect for the kids to play, watch TV, etc. Aside from the normal landscape upkeep, the neighborhood is very quiet, but very friendly and active. The house itself is very modern, wifi is strong, TV's are great, and the open layout is beautiful. Appliances were easy to use, and kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Having linens included is worth the trade off of having to buy passes to use the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
