Brand new construction home in The Peninsula! This lovely home is ready for your vacation stay!

With loads of living space, areas for games (shuffleboard!!) with an 85TV and five bedrooms too you may never want to leave. The home features two King bedroom suites with 55 TV's and sitting areas making it a great choice for those with two families. The living room and kitchen are open concept and great for gatherings.

The exterior deck with grill, dining table and lounge area will be the spot to be after a day at the beach, on the golf course or spent lounging at the community pools.

Guests of this property will have access to the private Jack Nicklaus golf course with a fee. Guests will enjoy nature walks through hundreds of acres of private nature paths that provide beautiful views of the bay. There is an indoor pool, spa, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts including clay courts, an outdoor family wave pool, and adult only swimming pool with hot tub. The Lakeside Village also includes a state of the art work out facility and the newly renovated restaurant, The Terrace Grill, or have a special dinner out at the Club. Drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk, the quaint town of Lewes, or lovely town of Bethany. Ideal for visiting the hustle and bustle of the local beach towns with the ability to escape back to the peaceful setting of The Peninsula.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

This property does not allow pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Not having curtains on the family room windows makes it very bright in the morning and you feel like you are in a fish bowl at night. It is a great size for family vacations . This is our second stay and would rent this home again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is new and large with plenty of space and rooms for multiple families. Having the 5th bedroom was key for us as. Also, the two master baths were also beautiful. Each room had huge closets, which helped keep suitcases out of the way - it made quite a difference when having messy teens. The upstairs loft was a big hit for the kids while the adults could enjoy the downstairs space. The garage has darts and table tennis which the kids enjoyed on the very hot days as well. The best part about this house is the community it sits in. The Peninsula is fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities from the many bike trails, wave pool, pickleball courts, mini golf, kayaking, swimming in the wave pool, driving range and the gorgeous golf course. We actually didn't need to leave and really didn't want to even venture toward the overcrowded beaches (Rehoboth is about 20 minute drive without traffic). Thanks to the owners for opening their home to us!

It is big enough for the entire family and perfect for a quick getaway. We stayed here for a golf trip and we were able to play one of the local courses, and then go to some of the many breweries in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well.

House was perfect for our family size wise apnd kids enjoyed the activity room upstairs. The hidden nook was also major hit with our toddler. Garage games was a perfect night activity as well. Pools at the resort are fantastic especially the wave pool. Older kids also enjoyed the gym while grandparents chilled on the deck. Thank you again.
