Beautiful Townhouse, end unit, at The Peninsula Resort

While this property is a bit further from the beach than we’re used to with other VRBO stays, we didn’t miss it one bit. The home was spotlessly clean—a detail we appreciated immensely, especially since we arrived late in the evening. In the past, we’ve had issues with cleanliness at other rentals, so walking into such a well-kept home was a wonderful relief.The property was well situated and met all of our needs. The community amenities were top-notch, from the pools to the recreation facilities, making it easy to enjoy our vacation without leaving the neighborhood. Our teens absolutely raved about their time here, and we all agreed we can’t wait to return.Next time, we’ll be bringing our golf clubs to take advantage of the fantastic on-site course. Highly recommend this property for families of all ages looking for comfort, convenience, and plenty of activities! See you next year!

Deena was a pleasure to have as a host and took care of any questions or issues we had. The location is amazing, right off the 10th hole of a beautiful golf course right alone a stream. We enjoyed watching golfers throughout our week as well as the fun surprise of the bald eagle who made multiple appearances. It was a short walk to the amenities which is where we found ourselves all week. An adult only pool, wave pool, kid friendly pool, and a splash pad were all a hit with the kiddos. Don’t forget to try your luck on the water obstacle course!! It was a short 30 minute drive to rehoboth but everything we needed was honestly at the peninsula that we only got to the beach two days of our trip. Three different grocery stores within a 10 minute drive was very convenient. House was well maintained and plenty of room for two families with three kids. Enjoyed the use of the grill and updated kitchen as well as just lounging around in the living room. Be sure to give this spot a try, Deena will make sure you enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Deena’s property. Deena is just an amazing host and the home was very comfortable. The amenities within Peninsula are excellent and we hope to be back here in the future.

A beautiful home......many thoughtful touches.......the calm and serenity of the neighborhood is amazing!

We spent half our time looking for a retirement home and the other half golfing and relaxing. Peninsula is top notch compared to all the communities we looked at. The pool is fabulous and the clubhouse dining was very good. Our host Deena was so accommodating and helpful. Her house is on the 10th hole and we enjoyed watching folks play golf too. A very nice place to stay.

House was laid out well for a family with the master bedroom downstairs, and two kid bedrooms and bath upstairs, with a loft area. The Peninsula property was gorgeous, and great for biking, walking, pool, tennis, etc. Only about 20-30 minutes to downtown Rehoboth, slightly longer to Bethany.

Overall this place was a great spot to stay. Deena was great with everything and checked in along the way. She also ordered something that was missing from the Townhouse, so she couldn’t have been any better. Nice gated community. Beautiful area and right near the golf course and community center.

The amenities - golf, multiple pools, tennis, pickleball, gym, nature trail, fishing etc - & pristine development make the rental seem like a resort.
