THE PEARL is a lovely retreat for up to two couples. Come relax in this quaint cottage, close to town, beaches and ferry. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Large yard and plenty of off-street parking. Walk to nearby beaches and restaurants.

This charming 870 square foot cottage is decorated with nods to the island - coastal grays and nautical greens and blues. It boasts a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and large Weber gas grill. The dining room seats four, or is perfect for setting up your 'work from anywhere' office. Relax in the family room with the 65 4k TV, on the front porch listening for the distant sound of the ferry horn, or under the twinkling lights near the fire pit in the back yard. Two cozy bedrooms each offer a queen size bed, ceiling fan and AC.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Guests have full access to the home and yard. Garage is not included.
